I paid $150 for a full interior clean with shampoo. we did this due to the storm we had the other day my windows were left down and water ended up in my car. when I spoke to the gentleman I explained the situation and he said they can knock it out they could take care of it everything like that. we had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 was they showed up 30 minutes late. no English was spoken. when I went to install my daughter's car seat on the side where my initial concerns were it was discovered my carpets were not shampooed it looks as if as soon as we left for lunch they left as well and did not come back. I paid $150 for something that I could have paid 0 for at a drive-through car wash. I have pictures but it's not allowing me to update. update; Use stanis cleaners they did a phenomenal job. I showed pictures of the last job. They do not know what was used to get that sticky residue. They even stated so they didn't even lift the seats.My car is 7 years old and never been detailed. comments made from owner were sent and made after j showed extensive photos of not even basics being done like wipes a gear shift!!!

I was very excited to use this company. They answered the phone and scheduled me in a timely manner. However, when it came time to show up, not only was there no communication when they were late, but no apology either. After the first call to let them know the person did not show up, they stopped answering the phone. Not even a text for an update. The person that finally came, an hour later did a great job, However, with my all weather mats on the driver side, he put this greasy product on to clean it that my feet keep sliding. I have to go back over them with soap and water to get it off. The rest of the mats thankfully did not have it on them. Also not sure what was used to clean my tires, it is a brand new car, but was making loud noises when I wanted to reverse out of my driveway. I think the wheel shine product got stuck on my brakes. Overall, not a great experience. Will be trying another company. Would have overlooked most of it, if there was professional communication that I could trust things to be taken care of. Good prices. But, subpar experience.

Great service! I call and they came to my job right away. Did an awesome job and now my car looks and smells great. Highly recommend

Great service. I had taken my truck off-roading about two days before, so it had a lot of dried mud, which wasn't an obstacle. These guys came prepared and did a phenomenal job. Highly recommend.
