I recently moved to Lake Nona from New Jersey in the beginning of June. One of the first services that I signed up for was Caliber Car Wash on Narcoossee Road. I have been a frequent visitor with my monthly membership. I have had nothing but pleasant and positive experiences each and every time. I’d have to say it’s 25+ visits now, but it all came together for me and made perfect sense today when I had the pleasure of meeting the MANAGER, Giselle. A crew and a staff and a team almost always take on the personality traits of their MANAGER, and it is very apparent why everyone is so friendly and so well trained and motivated and pleasant and great at their job. It’ll all stem from great management, a positive attitude, and a wonderful personality that I encountered with Giselle I have recommended the service to many people. I will continue to do so, and I will be a loyal client for years to come.

I had an above-average experience at Caliber Car Wash and wanted to take a moment to recognize the team. First, the setup is great. The drive-thru wash was quick and effective, and I really appreciated the free vacuums, cleaner, and microfiber towels available afterward. What stood out most, though, was the customer service. When I arrived, there were four different wash options, and one of the attendants took the time to help me choose the right one. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful without being salesy at all. He was genuinely just helping a sister out. It might seem like a small thing, but he made the entire process easy and stress-free. The best comparison I can make is that it felt like Chick-fil-A-level customer service at checkout. Then something happened that really impressed me. While I was vacuuming my car, there was a man walking around the property talking on his phone. I noticed him but didn't think much of it. A different attendant approached me and asked if I knew the man. When I said no, he informed me that the man had been taking pictures of me while I was bent over vacuuming my vehicle. On 4/15 got my suv wash only to have my entire antenna base broken off spoke to a female whom appeared not interested and was told it happens all the time long story short, $295 later just for the new part not installed,sent email to corp with pics and receipt,all they offer was free carh washes. I mean really do you think I will even bring my cars there again. $295 on a senior fixed income is a lot dont use this place they don't care. They had good service when they first open,but now it's bad employees on there phone instead of paying attention. Not good.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. On October 25th they had to stop the machines and were running maintenance on them. I was the first customer once the machines were running again. The car wash machine actually popped my passenger side mirror cap cover off. The employee I spoke to seemed uninterested and walked over to the kiosk without directly speaking to the manager. Another customer told me where to find my now damaged cap cover. The manager was very help full, but in doing here job she warned that the company most likely will not pay. She is correct, in that after taking all my information and writing a report, they have not tried to reach out to me. I will not be returning to this car wash and I do not recommend it. My car was not damaged when I brought it in. I have taken pictures on site of my perfectly fine driver side and now damaged passenger side. This is a $40 repair that I am fixing myself. The fact that they had to stop for maintenance in the middle of operations should have been a warning to me. Save your car and the disappointment of a company that does not care about how you value your vehicle.

Best car wash in town. I’ve been using lake nona car wash and this by far is the best. More towels and cleaning products. I’ve never had someone come up to me and ask me if we needed anything during our wash. Manny came over and asked if we needed anything. Highly recommend.
