1. Air blowers ? Worthless, there’s always plenty of water left on the car FORCING a wipe down if you don’t want spots.!! Stop and think for a min… you HAVE TO wipe the car down…. Why am I paying for the service if the only thing it’s doing is applying water n slip thru sprayers???? 2. The “Spot- Free” option ? Worthless, even after having to wipe the car, any residual water leaves spots. Thats an add-on extra ? 3. There have been many days where the towel bins have been EMPTY, find yourself walking from bay to bay to hunt some down. 4. The employees are cordial and helpful to a degree. All of these issues have been brought to their attention, - “our hands are tied”. Spoken to the manager as well with the following response: “We are working to resolve these (known) issues” Really ? I would expect air blowers and water spots, after getting a carwash, would be the top priority. Especially when you have machines in place so that you don’t have to hire people to do that job. ?? 5. The “horizontal rollers” that are supposed to “wash” the top of the car doesn’t even reach down to the front hood of my car.

Really nice facility! The car wash worked well and I appreciate the fact the vacuums worked and there are plenty of stations with clean towels and spray cleaner!

Lots of clean towels, a strong vacuum and air duster. They even had a full Glass cleaner bottle. Everything was properly setup and ready to use. The wash itself was pretty straight forward and quite effective at getting rid of most of the dirt. The staff was attentive and helpful. Highly recommended.

UPDATE ONE MONTH LATER: THEY KEEP CHARGING MY CARD DESPITE MY CANCELLATION, I HAVE TO FILE A CC DISPUTE EVERY MONTH. NOTICE HOW THEY ONLY RESPOND TO GOOD REVIEW. STEER CLEAR, you’ve been warned. The people are nice, the car wash is handy. BUT - BE CAREFUL ABOUT DOING BUSINESS HERE. First, they make it very hard to cancel. Despite what their website says about being able to cancel via phone, THIS IS NOT TRUE, they intentionally do not answer their phones (I'm pretty sure its an FTC violation to lie about this). You MUST go in person to cancel now, which is a huge issue since I work during most of their operating hours. Second, despite my online membership saying 'inactive', they are still charging me the full monthly fee. As you've guessed, I can't call anyone to get this resolved, so now I'm reduced to having to file a credit card dispute. Again, some great folks that work there, but I just can't trust my money with a business who makes it so hard to cancel. I mean, I don't even own the car that my account was tied to anymore.
