Cesar and Sam are kind and welcoming! Unlike others, they genuinely care about making sure customers are taken care of properly. I was hesitant about keeping my membership at first, but those two made me a loyal regular!

Trademarks car wash Not only did they do an immaculate job on the wash and wax, but the customer service was top-notch. Everyone I interacted with was polite and hardworking. They offer great value for the level of care they put into the vehicle. Highly recommend !!!

Timo I would like to let everyone know what a wonderful experience I had at Trade Mark Car Wash on Ohio today.. All the personnel were so kind and courteous especially Timo. I am an older short lady and asked for a stepstool which Timo gladly provided, However he proceeded to reach the windshield and clean it himself with a smile how long with every other window on the car ! I insisted that I would do it, but he very sweetly, continued, and gave me the best Customer Service ever. I go to many Car washes as having a clean cars. Very important to me, and I have never gotten such royal treatment as I did today.. I’m so happy to have a clean car, but even more than that, I left with such a nice feeling in my heart. From the way, I was treated.. Even when I pulled up to pay, the gentleman was so friendly to me, and even though there were cars behind me, he took his time to explain the different packages available. I highly recommend this location. They provide plus and spray bottles in the vacuums. Have Great section.! Thank you again Tmo you made my day !
