I brought my car in yesterday for a wash and detailing work. As my car was quite dirty, I chose a more expensive package. Whereas I would love to give 5 star rating, I can't. When I arrived, the guy said it would be 2 to 2.5 hours to do the package I requested. I was fine with that and chose to wait it out. They started on my car right away. I was able to see the whole procedure from where I sat. I saw the guys cleaning my car take breaks often. It was hot out so I get that. I asked that they not do my trunk as I had things in there. When I got my car back, I asked where my mats were and was told they were still wet so they were put in the trunk. Not good! Once I got in the car and drove away, I kept hearing my passenger seat sensor going off so I had to buckle the empty seat to stop it. After I got home, I noticed that neither of my visor mirrors had been cleaned, liners from my door handles were on the passenger side floor, and where there had once been a parking sticker on my windshield, the area still has adhesive on it and was not cleaned off. I am a long time customer here so I hope future services will be better.

Cary did a very thorough job and went above and beyond to ask me to inspect the car and get any leftover spots before I left. They take their time as they should, so be patient and you will definitely get one of the best cleaning jobs you can get in the area. I will definitely be coming back!

Overall, the car smelled nice when I picked it up, which I appreciated. I did however notice water spots on my window. Also, there were several areas inside the vehicle that were still dirty, including water and dirt residue left in driver door handle. My steering wheel also appeared to still have dirt on it, which made me feel like the interior wasn’t thoroughly wiped down. The seat treatment was overall good.Just wish more of the commonly touched areas were cleaned better.

I paid for the highest-tier package and specifically told Leo that I wanted all interior details fully taken care of. Unfortunately, several areas were missed, including the glove compartment and the storage space in front of the stick shift. While the exterior and tires were done well, I expected the smaller interior crevices to receive the same level of attention. As shown in my photos, there is still a noticeable amount of dust underneath the air vents, and the speedometer/instrument cluster glass was not cleaned at all. For a $240 service on May 9, 2026, I expected a much more thorough detailing. This is now the second time I’ve experienced inconsistencies with this car wash/detailing service. I should’ve checked the glove compartment before leaving, but I trusted that they heeded my words before starting the service which they did not do. On a positive note, the workers are really friendly.. Thanks.

Service is good and wash is good. Came on a busy Sunday and they finished everything relatively quickly. They didn’t wipe down the inside completely but it’s better than it came in.
