What started as a simple appointment to tint my car turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I scheduled a “Window Tint Full Car with High Performance Film and with Ceramic Heat Blocking Film Windshield” package through the company’s website. The quoted price was $500, and I have an email confirmation showing those exact details. I arrived at 10:00 AM for my appointment and checked in with Crystal. She reviewed my appointment, confirmed everything I wanted, verified the price, took my keys, and sent me on my way. At 10:18 AM, I received a call from Crystal informing me that my vehicle supposedly did not qualify because it was considered a luxury vehicle. Since when is a Kia considered a luxury car? I was then told that the package I selected did not actually include the windshield and that additional windows would bring my total from the quoted $500 to nearly $800. What made this even more confusing is that I have had this exact work performed by this same location on my previous two vehicles, and neither time was I told that these windows were considered extra or subject to hundreds of dollars in additional charges. brought my car in to get all 4 windows tinted, they only tinted the back 2 and paid full. I had been so busy that I couldn’t even bring it in and when I did they wanted me to pay almost $100 even after I had told them I paid full and they had an unfinished job. They didn’t like that I wouldn’t let it go so they eventually do the tint.(I had to pay $70) (poor tint job with lint and bubbles) When I got my car back the passenger speaker was blown out and there was a piece they clearly forced open. I was told by my friend that works nearby that my car was driven around and I had knew it was too because I left the car with a certain amount of gas and lost 30 miles. Never again will I bring my vehicle here let alone recommend this POS company. Finally leaving this needed review.

Literally the best place for tint in SB/Goleta AND THE PRICING IS THE BEST , they take good care of me and my 21 all black challenger , they even took it back in for some touch ups , I love this place foreal !

They did an amazing job at removing some badly applied window tint on my car that was done by the previous owner. The front desk lady was amazing, I could bring in my car right away, and pick it up a few hours later. The guy working on the removal did an amazing job even though it was really hard to get the tint off. He even stayed longer after they officially closed to finish the job. Would absolutely recommend!

These guys are the best! We recently had 2 of our car windows broken overnight. After replacing the windows we took them to be tinted. Our truck had been tinted 4 years ago by another company in town and that tint always looked a bit cloudy to me. After having Car Stereo do the driver window we had them pull the older tint & do that to match. It's crystal clear. Big difference. We just bought Tahoe and had them do the driver & passenger window & a visor strip. The tint is crystal clear, no bubbles, looks beautiful not even 24 hours later. Thanks Guys!!
