This place has deteriorated with time. I used to take my cars there and have noticed they’re washing worse and worse, to the point that I have to clean my car after. The last straw was when the manager wanted to charge me an extra $20 on top of the $30 for the wash to vacuum the removable carpets on my sedan. Avoid this place at all costs.

This is the third time I have give to 305 car wash and repeating they turn down my business. I go because it is close by my house . I even try to get there before 5 on the week day and they say they are closed. Today it was 5:45 and they said we are closed. Everyone standing around doing nothing. The sign clearly says 7 days and week open till 7pm. The last two times I’m there there are kids just talking and playing around . Not concentrating on a thorough cleaning on your car, they really need to get good management and get this together.

Very disappointing. I came here a few times and last time they didn’t even bother to vipe down the inside i had to stand there and do it myself after even tipping. The old manager is really nice and he told me he Will comp my next wash and I decided to give them another chance just because he has been so nice, today i went back to take him up on that offer he was off so i was not going to stress out the last there with the comped wash so I decided to pay even though I was promised something else for her to then tell me I have to wait 20 minutes mind you I’m the only car in the car wash because they wanted a break slow day … sadly I will never come back.

Really disappointed in Oscar's (who's normally a very nice man) service this morning. For context - we live right down the street from this car wash and it's incredibly convenient for me to wash my car as I can walk home and wait for the service to be done. About a month ago I came to wash my car and the guys did a wonderful job except that there was a few white marks left on the car that looked like tree sap. Oscar explained to me that the car had tree sap and that I would need to pressure wash it to take it off and that they didn't provide this service here. Turns out I didn't need a pressure wash, when I got home I grabbed a little cotton ball and wiped it down. Immediately came off. So I'd like to assume that the person who washed my car that day just didn't try to clean it off. Today I went back to get a regular car wash and Oscar told me that he nor his men wouldn't wash my car because of the "tree sap" problem. I tried to let him know that there is no tree sap and I would like to get my car washed and he denied me the ability to wash it. I tried explaining multiple times that it was just carelessness from whoever washed it last time but that the car just needs a regular wa

For me, this is the best hand car wash around Miami, and prices are more than fair. I know it depends on the person who tends to your vehicle, but so far I have had only great luck with the vehicles I bring it. They always do an amazing job. Always. I just wish they had an operation closer to Aventura.
