Second time now I come here to vacuum my car and the garbage Next to the vacuum reeks awful. Do you think you’re you’re sitting inside of a dump dumpster like I said not the first time second time it’s disgusting. You guys need to wash wash your pails hose them and wash them out clean if you want a business keep it running properly.

My partner and I pulled into this self-serve car wash around 7:38 PM on a Tuesday evening. As full-time van lifers who’ve been traveling the country, our van was badly overdue for a thorough cleaning—inside and out. About 30–45 minutes into cleaning out the interior, a man’s voice suddenly blared over the camera system, aggressively yelling at us to “move along.” The sheer audacity and disrespect was unbelievable. Just five minutes earlier, I had walked the entire lot to confirm there were other open bays available because I didn’t want to hold up anyone who was ready and needed to wash their car. There were multiple empty bays the entire time. Despite that, this person still felt the need to yell at us like we were criminals. The level of rudeness was disgusting and completely unnecessary. This experience alone earns them a firm one-star review. If you’re looking for a decent self-serve car wash where you won’t be harassed over the intercom while trying to clean your vehicle, I strongly recommend 5 Point Self-Serve Car Wash, just a couple miles south on Dixie Highway. I was sitting in my car before washing it when I received a very important call as I was pulling in. I stayed in my vehicle to finish the call, and the owner approached me multiple times, yelling and screaming that I was wasting his time—even though the car wash was completely empty, with no other customers in any of the bays. After reading other reviews, I now understand why this behavior is common. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years, bringing my cars here regularly, but after this unsettling and aggressive encounter, neither I nor any of my friends will ever return. The experience felt hostile, unprofessional, and unsafe.

When I moved here, there were NO other self service car washes. This was it. And the only option nearby for touch-free automatic is out of service half the time. For a gearhead living in a condo, that stank. Today I pulled in to give this location a second try and was super happy to find improvements! Repaved lot, new vacuums, freshened up newly tiled bays, new equipment, MUCH higher water pressure. The credit card readers didn’t cooperate with either of my credit cards. For a 2nd I thought they ‘took’ then they didn’t and never showed time available. Other than that and not being sure the soap dispersed during soap spray setting (empty?), I’m happy this location revamped and the $3 for 4 mins of high pressure spray down was all we needed today. Put some blowers on the list for down the road. Lol! And thx for flying Old Glory streamers 🇺🇸
