I would like to acknowledge Antwan, the Site Manager at El Car Wash on Oakland Park Blvd., for the outstanding job he is doing. The pride Antwan takes in the appearance and operation of the car wash did not go unnoticed. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a smile and was actively walking throughout the site, making sure everything was in order and that the environment was clean, organized, and welcoming for customers. What stood out most to me was his attention to detail and the genuine pride he takes in his role. It is clear that he cares about the customer experience and takes ownership of ensuring everything is running the way it should. For me to take the time to specifically acknowledge someone’s efforts is not something I take lightly. Antwan’s customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail were very well received and absolutely did not go unnoticed. Antwan is a great representation of what exceptional customer service and leadership should look like. He definitely takes pride in his role, and it shows.

Rose provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. She went above and beyond to answer my questions, made the process quick and easy, and did it all with a positive attitude and a smile. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work and makes customers feel truly valued. Because of Rose, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this car wash to friends and family. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Rosemary is the reason I keep coming back. She is always kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about her patients. Every interaction with her is positive, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience. Brought my car in for a single 10$ car wash the manager angled my car INCORRECTLY on the entrance of the automatic belt and it completely ripped off my passenger side mirror, Didn’t make a big deal out of it, asked to speak to the manager and he told me I’m out of luck because they don’t cover any damages even though my car didn’t come in like that, he made a report and told me EL car wash would reach out to me in a couple of days, I was in a hurry so I didn’t contact the police to also document it. THEY NEVER REACHED OUT TO EVEN ATTEMPT TO FIX MY MIRROR, THE MANAGER GOT AGGRESSIVE WITH ME WHEN I ASKED FOR AN UPDATE ON THE SITUATION , HIM AND THAT GIRL GAVE ME AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! NEVER WILL RECOMMEND EL CAR !

I had a great experience at El Car Wash, and I especially want to shout out Rose for her amazing service. She was super friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. You can tell she really cares about the customers and takes pride in her work. It’s always nice to be helped by someone with such a positive attitude. Definitely coming back! :)
