Edwin and Charlie did an excellent job! They arrived right on time, washed two cars, and finished everything in under two hours. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and both vehicles looked spotless when they were done. They were professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire service. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a reliable mobile car wash!

Carwood Car Wash & Detail Center deserves all 5 stars. Their monthly and yearly pricing is very competitive, and the quality of the cleaning is far better than gas stations or even big-name brands like Chemical Guys. What really stood out to me was the customer service — a lot of young employees, but they’re sharp, respectful, and clearly motivated. You can tell they actually want to work and take pride in what they do. Great value and great results every time.

I paid $59.00 For inside and out. A HORRIBLE JOB WAS DONE. I am requesting $30.00 back. I am flabbergasted at the horrible job that was done. When I came to pick my car up, another employee tried cleaning up what the 1st employee didn't do. The purchase of paying $59.00 for inside and out is to have a spotless car. There was still bird poop on the car and windows. I WANT A REFUND!

I currently pay $80 a month for a full-service membership at Carwood Car Wash, and I expect the services included in my package to actually be performed. Lately, the quality of service has declined drastically. Today is a perfect example. My vehicle is consistently not being vacuumed properly. I’ve had to personally move my seats to make sure the areas underneath are vacuumed, which should already be part of the basic service I’m paying for. When I brought this up to Chris, he told me they’re “not detailing” my car. I explained that I never asked for detailing — I simply expect the vacuuming included in my package to be done correctly. What made the experience worse was the customer service. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, Chris responded with comments like “you’re getting the same service as everybody else” and “nobody else is complaining.” With that kind of attitude, I find that hard to believe. Customers should not have to inspect and correct basic services that they are paying premium monthly fees for. And honestly, why would I tip when I have to move my own seats just to ensure the floors and mats are vacuumed properly? Very disappointed with how much the

I had the mobile wash come to my home to service my Model Y. I'm not sure how they managed to leave DEEP scratches on the glass of the rear passenger triangle window and my trunk window but it will not come out. You can also see the top of this window is dirty. Actually, the whole interior is dirtier and with scratches. I've attempted to reach out by calling and emails to address this privately but have not received any responses. Would not recommend.
