I was searching for a car wash in the area. And I just happened to drive by this one. Yeah, Michael guys from the beginning. Right after the young lady questions, she was polite greeted me as I drove in, told me exactly what I needed to do. And also told me how to get a free car, wash. Also offered the membership. I'm considering it, but not at this time. It was really nice to have someone in the front of the car wash machine suddsing my car with lots of foam before entering the wash. There are multiple stalls to use after your wash, if you want to vacuum your car. Once I came out 2 gentlemen offer to drive my car. They too were very polite. I also needed to go inside. Where's where the cashier greeted me with a smile? He was also really polite. This was a great car wash experience. I'll be back.

after 2 month i’m canceling to poor service. every time i come in, they have to put my license plate in and question whether i’m in the correct lane or not. the cameras do not read my plates. and there was no action to fix it or make it right until i complained today and said i wanted to cancel my account. i was being spoken to as if i was ignorant of the issue today, as if i did not know the cause, and promptly had to correct the several personal on the staff about the service i’ve been receiving. i can go spend my $40 elsewhere. if there is a manager who would like to discuss further reach out.

They get your car very soapy! Quick car wash where all the employees were very friendly. Got a promo for the top wash and it was pretty good. There were still some spots that were missed but overall can’t complain. I liked that they had guys come and dry the car after although would be happy to do it on my own if they had rags/cleaners to use there. They do have vacuums and compressed air and the vacuums worked well!

I visited Chemical Guys Car Wash in Lakewood, CA this morning for the first time. I had seen many of their videos and read their reviews, and I also wanted to purchase some of their waffle weave drying towels. Usually, I wash my car at a nearby car wash, but I decided to give this location a try. I found it without any issues since they are on the southwest corner of Bloomfield Avenue. It's kind of tight, and there's no parking if you want to just go into the store. You could park in the vacuuming stall, but that might be a problem, especially if they are busy. I parked in a spot that is not designated for parking so I could ask the young man at the entrance some questions. He was very cordial and helpful. I was going to choose the $20 wash, but I found out that there was a promotion: $10 for two months, unlimited car washes, outside drying, and Armor All on the tires (top tier level car wash, a $25 value). I still had to clean the interior, but what the heck, I couldn't pass up a good deal. After the car wash, two employees started drying the exterior while I stood by. Disclosure: I received this free carwash promo. The promo I have is for their top tier wash $25 value. Upon arrival there are two lanes. One in the right is for customers with membership plans. The one on the left is for everyone else. There was a pleasant staff member who greeted me and explained their different types of washes as well as offering incentives to become a new member. The wash starts off by a staff member manually spraying your car with soap using a soap gun. You're then guided onto the conveyor belt move your car along the automatic car wash. The roller scrubbers wash your car in a typical style. The car then passes through the rinse cycle. I think it was only rinsed once (other places I've been to wash twice then rinse twice). The car then passes through the air dryer which was rather quick leaving quite a bit of water on the surface of my car. As you exit, there are covered drying stations where you can finish drying your car. There are free vacuums as well as air guns to spray any water that is the seems or become car emblems or decals. As soon as I parked, three young staff members approached and began drying my car. That's something new and pleasant to see/h
