Checkered Flag Lux Express Car Wash in Irvine is by far one of the best self-service car wash experiences I’ve found. The facility is always clean, organized, and stocked with everything you need to make your vehicle look its absolute best. They provide separate towels for drying, interior cleaning, and even dedicated towels and products for detailing your wheels, which shows how much they care about the customer experience. Beyond the excellent wash equipment, they offer powerful vacuums, compressed air stations, water sprays, and all the little extras that make detailing your car easy and enjoyable. What truly sets them apart, however, is the outstanding customer service. Delilah is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. If you’re looking for a car wash that combines great value, excellent facilities, and exceptional service, I highly recommend Checkered Flag Lux Express Car Wash. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lux Express Car Wash deserves more than 5 stars. The whole team was extremely patient, professional, and respectful from start to finish. They really take their time and pay attention to every detail — my car came out spotless. You can tell they actually care about their work and about customer satisfaction. Big shoutout to the owner — a truly good man who runs the place the right way. And special respect to the manager, Dalila, for being so professional and respectful. Great leadership shows in the service. Highly recommend this place if you want quality work and real professionalism. Definitely coming back.

My family and I happily wash all our vehicles here. For the same price as the local competition, they include tire shine and damp microfiber towels for finishing touches. And, because they have lots of parking, they usually allow you to take your time drying and vacuuming your car. Also, their staff are friendly and attentive. A few areas for growth: (1) Staff should use the prep gun at the beginning of the wash like other car washes do. It’s especially helpful for the back of the car where the car wash often misses (2) Somehow adjust the vacuums, so the hoses aren’t laying on the dirty ground. I often go home with stains on my clothes from this. Photo included. (3) Discounted monthly rates for clients with fleets.

Absolutely great experience! My first time at this car wash 🧼 1. Customer service was great 2. Never had such a clean car after a car wash 🧽 3. Equipments were very good. A few things to consider! This car wash is partially self service, wash is by the drive through machine but workers would help you with that too. Vacuum and drying is by you which is totally fine if you want to exercise a little. There are clean towels for drying inside and out, tire cleaner shampoo and separate window washing machine are available. Although you can get a free wash, I’ve noticed that the prices are great. You can take your time or just vacuum and dry your car fast and leave at your leisure. Will definitely go back soon. I loved this place and recommend it 100%. I received so much compliments after the wash. Thank you all for helping!
