Just got my car back from Professional Detail Service in Irvine and I'm honestly shocked! Marcus did an amazing job. He even gave me a ride to work that morning and picked me up after! He kept me updated the whole time too, which I really appreciated. There were stains in my car that had been there like 7 years. I figured they were permanent but he got every one of them out! My 2016 Honda looks brand new and is giving me a renewed enjoyment whenever I get in to drive to work! Can't recommend this place enough. Marcus is the MAN!!!

Marcus is the best! I hired him for odor removal for my sedan - the previous owner had children who played sports + a dog so I was never able to remove their odor, which really bothered me. Marcus was responsive and flexible, and only provided a quote after actually assessing the car instead of upselling upfront. He and his partner thoroughly cleaned the interior and exterior of my car, provided the ozone treatment for odor removal, and repeatedly followed up with me to make sure I was keeping the windows open (to air out the ozone) and that I was happy. He is super friendly and accommodating and charges reasonable rates. Thank you so much, Marcus! I highly recommend Marcus and Professional Detail Service.

My car was in pretty bad shape on the inside having gone years eating lunches in there. I called and asked for an appointment, and Marcus got me in the next day. Dropped off the car and it was ready later that afternoon. Marcus was very professional, transparent, and thorough, and the car looked great! If you have it cleaned at his place, he offers to drop you off or pick you up somewhere while it’s being worked on. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work!

I was looking for someone who could detail my boyfriend’s car because it was just nasty and stinky (prolly moldy too from spilled drinks). Marcus was very accommodating. The initial plan was to get it done on a Saturday but he was booked and my bf was only staying for the weekend, Marcus’s offered to do it on Sunday even tho on his website it says he only works Monday-Saturday. As for the worked done to the car, I really love what he did and he was very transparent with the pricing and everything too. Here’s what bf has to say about his service: “He cleaned my car a couple weeks ago and it still looks new. There was a lot of work that needed to be done as seen in the photos . The photos doesn’t do it justice, it looks much cleaner in person. I would 100% recommend his service over anyone else’s, he takes his time like it’s his own car and leaves it spotless. I will be returning to him for all of my car cleaning services i n the future and you should too.”

Marcus was great! I reached out to him because one of my cars needed a full interior detail. He went above and beyond. Even took the extra time to ensure the car was perfect. He got rid of the smell, pet hair and even details the carpets and area’s that were hard to get to. I can say confidently that all my cars will start going to him . Words can’t explain how well he did so the pictures do all the talking . Thank you.
