I do not recommend this car wash. It is definitely not worth the price. I paid for the service, but they barely cleaned the inside of my car. They didn’t properly vacuum the interior, and my trunk was still very dirty. I had to clean the car myself again after leaving. I’m very disappointed with the quality. Save your money and go somewhere else. 40$

I purchased the Super Clean Wash, and I was very impressed with the results. My car came out incredibly clean—inside and out. They paid attention to the details, and it honestly looked better than I expected. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the quality of the wash was excellent. If you’re looking for a place that truly gets your car spotless, I highly recommend Citi Car Wash. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve been to this car wash several times only because it’s close to my office, but every single visit has been disappointing. The quality of the wash is consistently poor. Each time, I have to point out obvious spots they missed - dirt, bugs still stuck to the bumper, and areas that were clearly not cleaned at all. It’s strange that I even have to do that after paying $40. Today, when I picked up my car, I couldn’t help but laugh. The staff were carefully polishing a freshly washed matte BMW, while there was still a large, clearly visible yellow smear from a bug left on the bumper, something that hadn’t even been properly cleaned off. It really says everything about the level of attention to detail here. On a previous visit, I also had a very uncomfortable interaction with one of the employees. I didn’t have cash on me for a tip, and he reacted in a completely inappropriate way, throwing cleaning cloths around and then just turning around and walking off. I honestly didn’t understand what was happening. Honestly, I don’t understand how this place keeps its customers. For $40, I expect at least a decent level of service. I recently had a fantastic experience at a local car wash that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by a professional and friendly staff member who set a positive tone for my visit. The pricing was very reasonable, making it easy to choose a wash that fit my budget. After selecting my wash, I was welcomed inside by another lovely team member who assisted me promptly. She invited me to enjoy their café lounge while I waited, which was a delightful surprise. The lounge offered a wide variety of food options, including fresh wraps, kabob sandwiches, and a full coffee bar—perfect for anyone looking to grab a bite while their car is being cleaned. When I returned to my vehicle, I was thoroughly impressed. My car was meticulously cleaned, and there were no issues whatsoever. Overall, this car wash not only provided excellent service but also created a welcoming atmosphere that made the experience enjoyable. This is my third time coming there. My first time my husband took my car in and it was spotless and the inside was cleaned so good and everything vacuumed. He had paid the $39. I took it in the next time for same price and it was just me present and it didn’t get cleaned like the first time. They didn’t even vacuum the floor and still crumbs all over the seats and it wasn’t wiped down all the way. The wheels I had to finish wiping down when I took it back home. I did talk to the manager there and I came back there to have them redo the inside. Today was the last time coming. I don’t want to have to point out to the person cleaning the car all the obvious spots missed. The Matt was clean but not even the side of the floor or seats were vacuumed. He was ready to hand over my keys and I had to ask him to vacuum. The doors were not even wiped down. I was calm and asked with a smile to please vacuum and I asked for a rag so I could wipe down the doors. There were fingerprints still from my daughter’s food. He was very irritated and wouldn’t even look at me. I don’t want to have to deal with that again. I was even in the waiting room and one of the main people I see running the place w
