The Staff was super polite and genuine and you could tell they actually care about the customers. From the Girl at the booth to the boys washing my car they all did an excellent job!!!

Only one washer on July 3rd as all days. Right side of washer was not working and as you got to the dryer, everything stopped and had to drive out on my own. Need 2 people washing so they get vehicle clean. Extremely disappointed on my last 3 trips.

I have personally been a member for club car wash for a year and a half. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I recently took my fiancé’s car and during the wash two parts were damaged. One being completely broken off and the other was loosened. We reported it to the staff and they informed us the part was inside the car wash when they retrieved it. We were also informed we could file a damage report and most likely would be covered since the damage was caused inside the car wash. After receiving an update saying our claim was denied I called the claims department to get a better understanding on their determination. The representative was very rude and unprofessional asking me “did you even look at the email I sent you”. Her reasoning for denying the claim was that Nissan has reported that Nissan Maxima’s have a common issue for this part. Resulting in club car wash not being liable for the damage. When I asked her “in the video were the parts damaged inside the car wash?” She wouldn’t answer and respond by saying “it is a common issue with your vehicle, making club car wash not liable”. They put the cars way too close together. How do I know im even getting the right wash. Power constantly goes out during the wash. POWER WENT OUT HALFWAY THROUGH AND INSTEAD OF IT FINISHING THE WASH IT JUST PUSHED ME THROUGH AND DIDN'T FINISH OR DRIED. For 40 bucks a month it should be better than that. Nice expensive cars get the royal treatment while other cars get a quick spray from the guys.

Great service & ease of accomplishing car detailing and vacuuming. They cleaned my hardcover floor mats throughout the car while I vacuumed and detailed the interior. Legit the best experience! Now my car is ready for sale!
