This is my favorite car wash, great group of employees always enthusiastic ready to help, powerful vacuums clean supplies great wash my car always looks so clean and gets dried off really well with all the blowers they have! I would recommend all of my friends to go here!

Went to cancel one of the cars on my membership and they said they did but actually canceled the entire plan. When I tried to go through the wash they told me I needed to resign up stating “it wouldn’t be much of a price difference”. The manager working was nice just upset that someone else’s mistake comes back on me.

Avoid this Drew’s location. I am frustrated with my experience with this car wash. The employees told me my gift cards were not working but this was due to an issue on their side. Instead of fixing the issue they told me I had no money on my gift cards. I knew I had at least $5 on one of them due to a previous employee’s word so I went to a different Drew’s location and they worked just fine. A message to Drew’s: work on your customer service. I had to use extra gas to drive further away because of the poor service.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Still waiting on a phone call from the General Manager, Jim. I’ve had to chase someone down for the last week over an incident that happened at Drew’s Car Wash, and not a single person will address the issue. My daughter gets her car washed here and this last time she went, the top of her car got scratched. She tried to talk to the manager on duty, Kade, however he was unwilling to help her. To the point where we had to call the cops to go over there — and Kade left before the cops got there. Drew’s Car Wash is unwilling to provide us with video or a written statement of the issue for us to provide to our insurance. On top of this, he kept gaslighting my daughter and telling her to go ahead and call the insurance because nothing was going to happen anyway. They are brazen because they take advantage of college students and they think they won’t be held accountable. We’ve since had to file a claim with our insurance and have them pursue Drew’s Car Wash because we have been unsuccessful trying to work with them personally on the matter. My daughter has used Drew’s Car Wash in Bryan many times without any problem, which is why this experience is so disappointing. Today after getting her car washed, she noticed multiple deep scratches on her roof and side of her car. She immediately returned to the car wash to report the damage and ask how to file a claim. The two employees (Kade & ?) working were uncooperative and dismissive. Instead of providing claim information, they repeatedly mansplained why she “shouldn’t even try” because it would just be denied. When she asked for the owner’s contact information or requested that the owner call us, they refused to provide any details or facilitate that. My daughter called me to help and they immediately walked away saying they refused to deal with unprofessional language. Kade who was giving us the most trouble left the property before the police arrived, to avoid having to deal with it. For anyone in the Bryan/College Station area (especially Aggies) who values integrity and accountability, this is not the business for you. Accidents happen…how you handle them matters. Still waiting on the claim info……… Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding Dre
