I had Creative Mobile Detailing come out and do both my Model X and my Toyota Grand Highlander, and honestly I wasn’t expecting this level of detail. They did a full ceramic wax, inside and out, and when I say everything was clean I mean it. No dust sitting in vents, no leftover grime in cupholders, no streaks on the glass, none of that stuff you usually notice after a “good” detail. This was different. It looked like the cars were reset back to day one. The Model X especially is not the easiest vehicle to clean with all the glass and weird angles, and they still got it spotless. Same thing with the Grand Highlander, which had its fair share of normal use mess. After they were done, both interiors looked untouched. Seats, dash, trim, even the small areas you don’t think about were done right. The ceramic finish on the outside really stood out too. Paint had that deep shine, almost like it was wet, and you can tell it’s actually protected, not just cleaned. It didn’t feel rushed at all, they took their time and it shows. These guys did a great job! Edward was very professional and accommodating. I had some trouble getting my car to them… so they came and got it and cleaned it off site! What a service!. It was very helpful. They exceeded my expectations and will Gladly use them again.

This mobile detail service by Creative was actually a first for me after all my years of owning cars, wash/wax myself, commercial car washes etc. I did my research online and chose Creative Mobile Detailing for various reasons and I am beyond glad I did. Before making my appointment I called and spoke with Dallas to go over my options and pricing. Dallas was more than happy to take the time over the phone and discuss everything with me. In this day and age it's not that often you find a business like this with many others being fully "online" or via links apps etc. It was great to talk with someone live on the phone 1 on 1 and get my questions answered with no rush. I opted for a higher level detail with the ceramic protection. Dallas and his business partner Edward arrived on time and got right to it giving so much attention to every detail inside and outside of the car. They are two of the most efficient, professional hard working, reliable people I've had the pleasure of doing business with in quite some time and you can see they are very appreciative and truly enjoy their work.
