I had a great experience overall. Jayy was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and informative. He took the time to explain everything and made the experience pleasant from the start. The wash itself did a good job, and my car came out looking clean. My only suggestion would be to have a station where customers can pre-scrub the front of their vehicles, or for the staff to give the front end a quick scrub before entering the wash to help remove bugs that the machine doesn’t always get off. The vacuum area was nice and well maintained. I did have to switch spots because the first vacuum I tried didn’t have much suction, but once I moved, everything worked great. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I’d definitely come back.

Austin at Pink Bird Car Wash did an amazing job! He went above and beyond by taking extra time to clean my tires, and you can really tell he takes pride in his work. He was friendly, professional, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about making sure your car leaves looking its best. My car looked great when he was finished, and the attention to detail definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you, Austin, for the excellent customer service—I highly recommend asking for him if you stop by!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at this car wash, and I want to give a special shoutout to AP for going above and beyond. From the moment I arrived, AP made sure I was taken care of and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His attention to detail and genuine customer care really stood out. What impressed me even more was his attitude. He was friendly, respectful, and made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another car in line. It’s not every day you come across someone who has great service with such a positive and welcoming approach. AP truly represents what excellent customer service should look like. Because of him, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this car wash to others. If you’re planning to come here, I highly recommend asking for AP, you won’t be disappointed!

This is my husband and I 2nd time coming for the Full Flamingo Graphene Car Wash and I didn’t get the pressure washed before going through resulting in pollen residue remaining all over my SUV! Ridby apologized for my experience and offered a helping hand to wipe it all off. Despite him assisting multiple people, he came back to check on us and helped clean our mats! This turned my 3 star into 5 stars! Thank you for great service, Ridgby.

Caden, was definitely a big help assisting me wiping down my suv did a great job. Was quick and easy this car wash is beautiful plenty of vacuums and space to pull out. Thanks for your help.
