Sloppy, Lazy, and run by Charlatans. $60 to wash my SUV, they completely skipped undercarriage, and didn't even clean the roof. The windows were left covered in streaks and stains.

Don’t recommend it!! I visited Culver Auto Spa based on recommendations from friends and specifically chose this location because my vehicle has a factory matte finish. The manufacturer recommends hand washing only, so I was happy to see that this business advertises 100% hand car washes. I purchased the Super Wash package and arrived before closing. When my car was returned, an employee was standing nearby waiting for a tip before I had even inspected the vehicle. As I opened the trunk to put my belongings away, I immediately noticed the trunk had not been cleaned. The employee tried to use an air hose, but when I opened the rear door, I realized the issue was much larger: the vehicle had not been properly vacuumed at all. There were still visible crumbs, debris, and dirt on the floor and in areas that should have been obvious during even a basic inspection. When I pointed this out, the employee told me it was “not my business” and that I needed to take it to another area. I then went to the cashier, who told me she was not responsible for the cleaning staff and offered me an incident form. I wasn’t there to file paperwork. I was there to get my car washed properly. My father took my car here to get a full detail as a gift and it was rather disappointing for the price. He paid for a full interior and exterior detail for $350. While I think they did at decent job at just cleaning it, not only did they charge us for polishing while failing to remove the water spots, the entire interior of my car was covered with cheap and greasy dressing. My steering wheel, seats, console, everything had a gross oily film that I had to take to a second detailer to fix. It’s disgusting. If you are just trying to get a quick wash, go for it. Otherwise, take your car somewhere else for detailing.

I have ended my business here. I paid 42 dollars for a car wash! They did not give me a free air freshener which they say Free at the register. People really know how to lose a customer. I don’t care about the money but the rejection was out of this world 😂 bye bye

I’ve been coming to Culver Auto Spa on Culver Dr for almost 10 years, and overall the service has been great. The staff is friendly and they usually get the job done pretty quickly. However, I’ve noticed that in recent years, they sometimes seem to rush through the process and miss the details. Every time I visit, I find myself having to point out at least a couple of things after they say it’s finished, like spots they missed or areas that need a little more attention. Still, it’s a reliable place and I keep coming back, just wish they’d slow down a bit and focus more on the details.
