**UPDATE:** Drew’s public response says a lot more than they may realize. 8/30/2026: They never responded to my demand letter or consumer complaints. Yet after I posted my review, they publicly responded as though they were concerned about my experience, while introducing a NEW reason for denying responsibility: “non-factory-installed items.” So what does that mean for customers? If your vehicle has previously been repaired, has replacement parts, is older than five years, or has anything they can characterize as “non-factory installed,” Drew’s has a reason to deny responsibility even if they have video footage of their equipment damaging your vehicle. Not to mention, if they find some sort of recall, they may give you some **Sesame Street type explanation**, loosely connect that recall to your vehicle, and use it as another reason to deny your claim. 😂 For me, this isn’t just about the roughly $400 repair. It’s about being ignored when I tried to resolve the matter directly, followed by a public response portraying concern while giving a different explanation for the denial. Enjoy the availability and the courteous service of the workers. Angel and Eli both have offered to clean my mats without me even asking anyone. On different occasions as I was vacuuming my vehicle they each stopped by to clean my mats for me. Appreciate their help!

I have had a monthly membership with Drew's for several years now. I usually visit at least weekly to keep my car nice and clean. The staff at Drew's are always friendly and helpful. Vacuums always work and fresh clean towels are always available. I highly recommend Drew’s!

Pay the monthly charge, it's so convenient to run through the wash ! Except it's been broken down the past 2 days, today after I waited in line for 10 minutes, it broke down again. Then both lines in the mechanical wash were backed up at least 4 cars each. And then the attendant invites me to drive across town for the opportunity to be disappointed at another Drew's location. There's plenty of traffic there - so revenue is not the problem. Fix your machines and hold up YOUR end of MY monthly subscription ! Your preventative maintenance is not getting the job done. Update: Two months later. Last week and this week, the touch-free is still malfunctioning. I have a $34 monthly membership, but cannot get either the 2-step ceramic coat, the graphene, or the rinse to work. The shuttle washer just moves back & forth, dripping, and then the blow-dryer leaves a streaky truck. Both times I have taken the trouble to approach staff and inform them - today it was the location manager, who told me that she cannot do anything about it except send an email to the Maintenance Department. So altogether, I can only conclude that Drew's does NOT support and maintain machinery to a standard

Drew Congleton needs to reign in his Tower Point store manager Kesley Geurin before he runs all the customers off!!! I have been coming to Drew’s for over 15 years and always enjoyed their reasonably priced products and service with a smile. Today, however, their Tower Point store manager Kesley Geurin’s awful attitude and actions have made sure that I will never return to this company again. When my car was in the middle of their car wash conveyor, the power went out and I had to sit there until they turned it on again. As a result, the back of my vehicle never got washed. Then, on top of that, my package included the tire shine, but it never came on. So I drove around and politely asked the manager to either get what I paid for (a car wash) or get a refund since their system failed and my vehicle wasn’t fully washed. I didn’t swear, I wasn’t rude, yet he dug in and refused to offer me either option. Not only that, but when I asked to speak to his manager, he threatened to call the police and asked me to leave. I don’t know where this store manager learned his customer service skills but I do know that I had never been treated so disrespectfully in my whole life!!! When I reach
