Incident Report – June 28, 2026 Date/Time: June 28, 2026, approximately 8:27 PM As I was entering, my vehicle was in neutral and was not moving forward immediately. Alejandro exited the area aggressively and, for no apparent reason, began yelling and using inappropriate language toward me. He then called management, whose response was also less than professional. I request that the security camera footage be reviewed. This is not the first time I have experienced aggressive behavior from Alejandro, and I believe his repeated outbursts raise concerns about anger management and professionalism. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect. Instead, I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing him simply by using the business's services. This behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional, and very disappointing. I ask that management investigate this incident thoroughly by reviewing the surveillance footage and take appropriate action to ensure customers are treated respectfully and safely.

I want to give a special shoutout to the Staff member that assisted me at El Car Wash Airport Le Jeune , Elena . From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. She answered all my questions with patience and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this friendly and genuine nowadays. Her positive attitude and excellent communication really stood out and made me feel valued as a customer. Definitely deserves recognition for the amazing service!

This employee, Alejandro, almost assaulted me. He falsely claimed that I was looking at my phone while entering the tunnel, even though my dashcam footage (CHECK THE VIDEO ATTACHED) clearly proves otherwise. Out of anger, he seated while more than five cars were waiting behind me. Initially, I believed the equipment was malfunctioning and remained stopped, unaware that he had intentionally halted the process. The situation escalated to the point where he nearly became physically aggressive, and it was only prevented because the assistant manager intervened. This type of behavior in a hazardous area such as the entrance of a car wash is completely unacceptable and could have easily caused a serious accident involving multiple vehicles. I have been using this service for years with multiple vehicles and have always supported the company. Experiencing this type of treatment from an employee is extremely disappointing & unacceptable. I have my kids with me almost every wash, don't feel safe now with employees like this.

I have been to more than 5 El Car Wash locations in the Miami area and this one is certainly the one with the oddest layout which detriments the overall experience. The area for the wiping and vacuuming after the wash is at the entrance and along the only lane they have when you head in. Let’s say you vacuum before the car gets washed, but what about the wiping/drying after the car goes through washing. There is no way to return to the area where you are supposed to wipe your car and if for some reason you manage to do it, there is no exit as it is one way and it only leads to to the washing area again. They need to figure something out because it is indeed an inconvenience. I love El Car Wash and will continue coming but not to this specific location.
