I’ve been using Express Car Wash for about two weeks after being a Mister Car Wash customer for roughly two years. My family has three vehicles, and we have moved all three memberships to Express. The reason I switched was that repeated washes at Mister Car Wash gradually damaged the rocker panel on one of my cars. Nothing can be done about the damage now, so moving my business elsewhere was the best way to express my disappointment. So far, Express has been the better experience in nearly every way: 1. The staff has been consistently friendly and helpful. Mister had a great team at its 98 and Edgewood location, but my experiences at its other locations were much less consistent. 2. The wash quality at Express has also been consistently better. Having clean towels and strong compressed air available is a significant plus. My one complaint is the tire shine—it slings everywhere. That is common with automated car washes, so I now ask them to turn it off completely. It is disappointing to pay for a feature I cannot use, but the overall wash quality remains excellent. 3. Friendly and helpful staff. The Diamond wash does a fantastic job of keeping my car looking as good as the day I bought it!! The wash club family plan is a great way to go! It’s wonderful to have vacuums and everything needed for the final touches available.

I love this car wash. Everyone's friendly and helpful. I do tell others about this place, because not many places offer what they are keep things maintained. I do wish the air hoses would be fixed though. Also I'm not happy about the cost going up, but other wise it's a great place and the employees make it a great experience

Express car wash checks all the boxes for me. No scratches on paint, easy to switch between brushless or brush washes, ceramic coating, tire shine, a great wash, great vacuuming system, and of course outstanding customer service. 10/10 recommend washing every other day

Express Wash is a nice place to wash your car, especially if you like doing the finishing touches yourself. The main wash does a decent job overall, and the setup is easy to use and well organized. One of the best parts is the self-service area. They provide free rags and glass cleaner, and there’s a dedicated space to clean your floor mats, which is something a lot of places don’t offer. Being able to wipe down the interior, clean windows properly, and handle the mats without being rushed is a big plus. That said, my biggest issue is the rims. Even when I pay extra for the rim wash, they don’t come out as clean as I’d expect. That’s disappointing, especially since it’s an add-on you’re paying more for and the wheels are one of the first things people notice. The other downside is the price in general—it’s definitely on the expensive side for just washing your car. While the amenities help justify it somewhat, the rim cleaning should be better for what they charge. Overall, it’s a good place if you want convenience and appreciate having the tools to finish cleaning your car yourself. If they improved the rim cleaning—especially for the extra cost—it would be a much better value. 🚗
