On 9/1/26 at approximately 0830 I pulled in to get my truck washed. I told the female attendant that I wanted the best was and said I think it’s the $34 one, I was mistaken as this was a membership. So she tried selling me a membership and I asked probably 3 times can I just get one car wash please no sales pitch just the best one, she again tried to sell me a membership so I said just one wash and handed her my card. She didn’t give me a receipt Warning Sign and I went through. She had selected the lowest level car wash and charged my credit card $30 for it. Long and short I pulled around and the male manager approached me and I explained to him so he sent me back through with the correct wash and dry. All of this just to say she was unhappy and tried to rip me off. 2 stars because at least the manager tried to make it right. Make sure you get a receipt! My credit card shows the $30 charge my opinion it was done on purpose.

Waters car wash deserves a lot of credit for how they approach customer service. Their Internet services were down and instead of turning customers away, they provided an enhanced service for free. It was very much appreciated and I will definitely go back because of it. Thanks Brooke!

Waters is a good car wash and I go there fairly regularly. I went there today to get a basic car wash. Brooke, the attendant was very sweet and explained that their payment system was not working. She said that because I drove over there she would give me a complementary car wash. She even upgraded so that I got a better car wash! I will keep going back because of their good customer service!

Waters Car Wash on Lakeland Highlands (right by Mellow Mushroom) is hands down one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had in Lakeland. From the second you pull in, you can tell this place is well run, clean, and built for convenience. First off, the vacuum bays are spacious and modern with strong suction and plenty of room to move around the vehicle. Everything is organized, well maintained, and the setup feels premium — especially around sunset when the lighting makes the whole property look sharp and welcoming. The wash tunnel itself is top tier. The LED lighting and “Vehicle Paint Prep” setup makes it feel like more than just a basic wash. My vehicle came out spotless — clean wheels, clear glass, shiny panels, and no streaks. Even the dry cycle did its job, which is rare at a lot of places. But what really made this visit stand out was the customer service and the crew working there. Big shoutout to Tal, Javier, Carsen, Christian, Angelique, and Angeleek — y’all were friendly, professional, and made the whole experience smooth. Waters Car Wash is absolutely fantastic! From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly and efficient. My car came out sparkling clean inside and out, with no spots missed. The process was quick, affordable, and convenient. I highly recommend Waters to anyone looking for a top-notch car wash experience!
