Honestly, didn’t expect much, but this place is really solid. Quick, smooth, no waiting, and the car came out clean—even the spots I thought would be missed. Super convenient drive-through, and the price feels fair. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I signed up for a subscription, used it once, and then realized this car wash doesn’t even provide towels to clean your car. I immediately asked to cancel and get a refund, but they said, “We don’t offer refunds. We can only cancel your subscription Terrible customer service👎🏼

I had a really disappointing experience at this car wash. While entering the wash, I trusted the employee guiding me into position and followed his directions exactly while looking at him and listening to his guidance. Suddenly, I heard a loud scratch. I immediately asked, “Did I scratch it?” and he replied, “Yes, a little bit.” Unfortunately, it was not “a little bit” — my rim was scratched very badly. I understand accidents can happen, but the guidance I was given directly led to the damage. Very frustrating experience, especially when you trust staff to help you avoid exactly this kind of situation.

Absolutely the worst car wash I’ve ever experienced. 1. I signed up for a membership, and every single visit I had to wait for an employee to manually enter my number. Completely defeats the purpose of having a membership. On top of that, the staff is slow and clearly doesn’t care about helping customers. 2. Something was broken every time I came — brushes not working, rinse not working, etc. It’s like nothing here is ever maintained. 3. The lines are ridiculous. I had to wait around 15 minutes every time just to get through a basic wash. Total waste of time. 4. The parking spots are way too narrow. Cars next to me were constantly hitting my car with vacuum hoses and air pressure hoses. 5. And the biggest problem — this place doesn’t actually wash your car. My car came out just as dirty as it went in. This place is a complete joke. I paid $35 for a membership and won’t even use it for the rest of the month because it’s that bad. I attached a photo of the front — the rest of the car looks exactly the same. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Platinum not worth it, wheels and plastic panels didn’t get cleaned that well, and some bug marks didn’t get removed. The tire shine was splotchy. Two stars for cleaning, I added one star for the strong vacuums. It would be nice to have some clean rags for us to wipe the interior or panels that didn’t come out clean or dry. See photos.
