Extremely frustrated tonight. I arrived at the car wash at 6:05 on August 28 after calling and hearing on the voicemail that full service washes were available until 6:45 PM during daylight savings time, which is also shown on the website. Arrived to be told that full service stops at 6 PM. I mentioned that the voicemail says 6:45 and the attendant said “yeah I’ve been telling them for a while to change that” and advised me to call or send an email. Even though it’s not my problem to ask a business to fix their voicemail I’m writing this review because when I tried to call the system doesn’t allow you to leave a message. I’ve used this car wash many times and I have no objection to hours being restricted but it’s a bait and switch not to change the public information. I ended up having the outside of the car washed only because backing out of the attendant’s line would be too difficult. Getting the full service wash was my only real reason for going. Had I known the actual hours I’d have delayed it until tomorrow without any irritation and wouldn’t be writing this now. No complaints about the service or the employees on the ground doing the work but the management needs to prese

I have been going to this car wash for several years for my three cars. Originally a family member also came here. Her car got scratched so she stopped going there. One of my cars got scratched last year but I didn’t make an issue and buffed it out myself. A couple of months ago another car of mine got scratched. I asked the guys who details my car if the scratch was there the week prior and he said it was not. When I mentioned this to the manager he denied it, as expected. I really didn’t like the attitude-the manager and cashier were very unprofessional and arrogant. As a long time customer I expected to be treated with a little more respect and consideration. I have taken my business elsewhere. I don’t recommend this car wash.

It was a good place nothing very bad about it the person at the front was nice but tried making us not get something so we had to wait. And at the end when we had to vacuum it was very dirty the vacuum and the road but so far it was good for a car wash

I’ve been a repeat customer here and bring both of our family vehicles regularly, using both full-service and express washes. That’s why this experience was especially disappointing. A few days ago, my wife brought in our minivan for a full-service wash. When I later inspected the vehicle, I noticed excessive silicone had been applied to the tires — to the point where it spun off and splattered all over the driver-side panels. The passenger side did not have this issue, which makes it clear the application was uneven and overdone. I returned to the location simply asking for a reasonable resolution — not a refund, just a quick express wash to help remove the excess silicone that was clearly caused during their service. Unfortunately, the response I received was dismissive. The employee in the booth attributed the issue to “driving fast” and refused to offer any assistance. That explanation doesn’t make sense given the uneven application, and more importantly, it reflects a lack of accountability. Mistakes happen — I’m not upset about that. What’s frustrating is the unwillingness to stand behind the work and make a simple situation right for a loyal customer. I’m sharing this s

This car wash is truly exceptional, and I believe it's one of the finest I've experienced. Your vehicle will undoubtedly be spotless after going through this wash, and what's more, it will be completely dry after the blow-drying process. I find this to be a rare and valuable quality these days, as many car washes often leave vehicles partially wet or not thoroughly cleaned.
