I can't say enough good things about Flex Auto Care Studios and their incredible attention to detail. I had some stubborn stains in my center console that I'd been trying to remove for weeks. I'd been to several other car washes and even tried cleaning them myself, so I honestly wasn't expecting much. When I got back to my car, I was amazed, it looked even better than when I first bought it. Every stain was gone, my seats looked brand new, the floors were spotless, and they even cleaned the vanity mirrors on the visors, which is something I've never had another car wash do! Not only did they leave my car sparkling clean inside and out, but the customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, the service was quick and efficient, they offered complimentary bottled water while I waited (and even left extras in the car afterward!), and they even handed us the TV remote so we could relax while waiting. For the price, this is hands down the best car wash in town. The quality of the work and the level of customer care are unmatched. I can't wait to come back. Thank you, Flex Auto Care Studios!

Last week I had my car detailed at Flex Auto Care Studio, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I opted for headlight restoration, interior detailing, and exterior polishing, and they truly exceeded my expectations. The headlights look brand new, significantly improving visibility and the overall appearance of my car. The interior detailing was meticulous; every nook and cranny was spotless, making the inside feel fresh and inviting. The exterior polish gave my car a stunning shine, making it look like it just rolled off the showroom floor. This is what I got for a "full detailing." I paid $360 + a $10 tip. While they did a general cleaning, I noticed multiple missed areas once I got home. The center console tray still had visible dirt, the center console compartment wasn't properly vacuumed or wiped, around the seat rails there was leftover buildup, and even the sunroof glass had visible dust. This falls far short of what should be considered a full detail and is absolutely not worth the price I paid. Very disappointing experience.

Flo was incredible. He called me the day after I made an appointment online to confirm my appointment & of other concerns regarding my car as I wanted to eventually get it wrapped. When I arrived today he remembered what we talked about, checked my front bumper & gave me the all clear for getting it wrapped once I have the money saved & color picked out. I love that they empty the car entirely (wrapping everything in plastic bags) and putting everything back as is. I wouldn't have even noticed if they didn't tell me and made me double check if everything was where it should be & if anything was missing, which nothing was. I also love how he gave me a background on why they started this & his dogs. As someone who grew up & had to make the difficult choice of putting my childhood dog down it resonated with me. I love that it all started bc no other detailer could clean out the fur properly. Since I was a first timer they gave me a free under the hood cleaning (they offer 2: under the car or hood) and a sealant!!!! They also gave me a free item for my car to clean off the tree sap asap since I'm left with little choice about my parking situation. The clean car smell was incredible a

I dropped off my car on 3/24 to be detailed. I cannot stress how professional the staff was and how OUTSTANDING their work was on my car. I can truly see they have been in the industry for a while ! I am very happy a the work they did on my car and I will be coming back !!!!
