Very average car wash. Prices are breath taking. Been coming since 1994--this will be my last time. Nearly $40 for a basic wash,.no tire dressing ($9) or any other extras. They're probably saying COVID caused the increase. Never again!

This place sucks. $33 for a mediocre wash. The washer missed or ignored very obvious spots that could have been cleaned. I would never come back and don’t recommend this place. There are other places that charge $25 for a “regular” wash and do 10x better. One star for inside waiting area is big and clean.

I have been coming to Pasadena Car Wash since 2019 and never had any problems until my last visit. After the wash, I discovered that the trim on my car was badly scratched. I spoke with the manager, who offered to have it painted, but I was not comfortable with that solution. I have always trusted this place with my cars, so this was very disappointing. Unfortunately, after this experience, I don’t think I will be returning.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now and while I’ve had an okay experience, today was a bit disappointing. I paid for the platinum wash which is basically their most expensive option and was disappointed with the results. It’s as if they didn’t even try to vacuum on the inside. The front stains on the outside aren’t scratches but bugs and they’re still very visible. I’d be ok if this was a basic or even gold wash but not with the platinum

I've been bringing my car to Pasadena Auto Wash for about ten years, which should tell you that I was happy with their service in the past. For the most part, I was satisfied with the quality of their work. However, in my most recent visits, I've noticed a decline in attention to detail. Each time, I’ve had to go over the car myself to wipe up spots they missed. When I get home, I notice areas that weren’t vacuumed or interior surfaces that weren’t properly wiped down. I understand that no one will clean your car as thoroughly as you would yourself, but for $51 for the "Platinum" wash—plus a $10 tip—I expect a near-perfect job. Unfortunately, Pasadena Auto Wash falls short. That being said, the facility itself is always clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant experience while you wait. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciate. However, great customer service should extend to the quality of the car wash itself, and lately, the results just haven't been up to par. It’s no longer a good value if I have to finish the job myself, especially when I find bird droppings still on the exterior or interior areas left uncleaned. What’s more frustrating is that
