Here’s a smoother version that keeps your enthusiasm while reading more naturally: Over the years, I’ve been to every car wash in town multiple times. The four main ones are all good, don’t get me wrong, but this one is simply a step above the rest. The amount of soap and lubrication they use gives me confidence that my car isn’t being scratched as it goes through the wash. I’ve been here several times now, and my vehicle comes out looking spotless every single time. If you’re trying to decide where to wash your car, I would recommend this one over any other car wash in town. I’m especially glad they built a location out in Jonesville—it’s been a great addition to the area.

Dishonest Company! Front grill ripped off during drying cycle and they refused to pay for the damage. If you have a nice car, Stay away !! Thank you for your response. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To clarify a few points, the prior Carfax report was from a rear-end collision and did not involve the front grille. The grille had been intact and the vehicle had been driven without any issues before entering your car wash. Your disclaimer regarding older vehicles does not automatically mean a business is free from responsibility if its equipment causes damage. My concern is simply that the grille detached while the vehicle was in your wash, and I was hoping we could reach a fair resolution. As for your accusation of extortion, that is completely false. I never demanded money in exchange for not posting a review. I simply stated that if we could not resolve the matter, I would share my experience publicly. I’m genuinely disappointed. I loved coming here enough to get a membership and recommend it to friends, but I had an issue during a wash that lead to damage to my car back on Mother’s Day. Now here I am the day after Father’s Day with no response from anyone. I’ve gone back in just seeking an answer where I am told the district manager was informed and that someone will reach out but then silence, no calls, texts, or emails. I’ve been very polite and have just wanted a call like I’ve been promised so I can get a solution to the issue but once I leave there is nothing. I loved coming here regularly but will not return if this is how things are handled when an issue comes up.

Not the greatest wash as your vehicle does not get cleaned as much as other car washes such as Park Place wash off Newberry and Tower rd . There are not any floor mat cleaners here either . As you can see from the pics after the wash I was able to write the work dirty on the back of my truck and the front still had lots of bug debris .

I took my son’s new truck to this place for the first time, foolishly I paid for the top wash with ceramic. The truck came out horrible. Spotted up and a lot of areas not even touched. This is honestly the WORST paid (over priced) carwash I have ever had. I’ve gotten much much better and cheaper washes at the gas station across the street from Oak Hall! DO NOT waste your money at this place! No hitch, nothing modified all factory!
