Came on a busy Saturday for the first time, Jimmy met my vehicle at the entrance and asked I needed any help. He went over the packages, and then I asked about the membership I saw a sign for- he walked me through the options and told me about the promo and how the membership works. I felt it was a great deal if you’re getting at least 1 wash a month. I chose the highest package to try it out, Jimmy let me know I can make changes and add vehicles to my account online. The wash was quick and easy. What I really likes were the actual microfiber towels at the vaccum stations, there was even an all purpose spray and glass cleaner. (The staff also kept refilling towels and sprays while I was there) Things no one would think to bring to a car wash. I was able to clean my captain chairs that were dirty before installing my car seats again. I needed the towels and spray for sure! Since it has been a while I went ahead and went through the wash one more time after I did some touch ups since it’s unlimited. Jimmy helped me navigate that with a smile on his face. I have been a member for three months when I first started going there it was Great. Now half of the brushes don’t work the soap dispensers work sporadically the pre water arch when you first drive into the tunnel doesn’t work half the time prompting a dry brush to run over your car I pay for a silver shine package but rarely get what I pay for I have asked the attendant about it and they tell me that they have the parts to fix it but it never get done

EDIT: MAY26: I've been a member at this location for a while, long enough to have two active memberships, and the experience over the past several months has been increasingly disappointing. The rotating brushes on the right side of the wash have been broken or malfunctioning for months, either not operating at all or failing to complete their full range of motion. That means vehicles consistently come through with an incomplete wash on one side. I contacted customer support in May and received a polite acknowledgment that the issue had been forwarded to local management, but nothing has changed at the location itself. A car wash membership only has value if the equipment actually works. When the core function of the service is broken for months at a stretch with no visible effort to repair it, the membership fee stops being worth paying. I'm actively looking at other providers. If you're considering signing up here, I'd hold off until the equipment situation is resolved. OLD: Pretty decent though they’ve had some mechanical issues with some of the brushes that have been ongoing. Got a monthly subscription that I may stop.

Big shoutout to James for always being incredibly kind and full of positive energy. He makes me laugh every single time I see him. It honestly makes my day. He is hardworking and you can tell he really cares about his work and the customers. It’s rare to come across service like that these days. I always come back hoping to see him!

Second time I stopped. Like a live person when you pull in! He was very helpful! My car looks great. I especially appreciate the free vacuum and towels.
