This place was cool before when people cared. I took my truck à week ago to get it washed and I was the only vehicle that was not a bmw or Mercedes so the guys quickly cleaned it and said done yet EVWRYONE else was getting some type of special treatment ànd we all payed the same I got home and still had to pass the vacuum and clean the windows because they were dirty. Clear to say on my end I will never be going back

Terrible experience. Usually I go here . My go to car wash . Always satisfied. Today was just their day. I spent 50 dollars and usually pay 35 for a job well done . I have a brand new suv . Easy to clean and wipe down right? Wrong . All the stains the seats had were still there ! Dirt was still in the carpet on the floor a LAZY job was done. I was telling the guy where it was still dirty and they acted as if I was crazy . They were refusing to redo the job when I was there . The trunk wasn’t wiped down properly . Wet spots were everywhere! The so called Manager was saying they weren’t able to be removed but I was wiping them off with my finger and own clothes ? Very disappointed and never returning. If I do return I will not let an OLD man do the job. Sorry to say. He should retire. Even after all that I still tipped . Which I shouldn’t have . They were trying to make me come back , mind you I have a newborn and a toddler. I shouldn’t have to come back. Do the job properly the first time !

Had to wash my car after they washed my car. I asked for the leather conditioner and not only was there way too much on the seats to the point where they were greasy and left a residue on my arms, it was EVERYWHERE ELSE. On the dashboard, the panels, even my lcd screen and gauges had a weird grease on them. Don’t get anything other than the basic wash options, and def don’t get the air freshener, I get a chemical taste in my mouth everytime I get inside.

I was hopeful about my car wash because my car needed a wash, but they didn’t do everything. They said they were gonna do so they didn’t pull down the cupholder in the backseat. They didn’t clean that they didn’t clean where my transmission is inside to change gears, it’s dusty. There’s dust between the seats on the seeds in the cupholders what they did do was a cleaned my dash they wiped down my dashboard and my screen in the wash the exterior it looks like they vacuumed and cleaned the pads the mats but that was it. That’s a basic car wash. I paid $75 plus tip the supervisor Rami Remi did come out and say you know please let me know how they did. I’ll fix whatever they didn’t do but I’ve already been there three hours I don’t have another hour to wait. I was ready to go home so just maybe be honest of what you can do and charge that and people don’t have a reason to be upset or disappointed.

I’ve been bringing my car to Glendale Classic Car Wash every two weeks, and I’m always happy with their service. I usually get the Early Bird wash for $18, which is a great value. The people here are very nice, professional, and welcoming. The work they do is truly classic—just like their business name. They take pride in their work and it really shows. I highly recommend giving this place a try!
