Customer service is out of this world but the car wash itself was pretty ineffective. It’s the equivalent of one of those dishwashers that you basically need to wash the dishes before hand if you want them to come out clean. Our car wasn’t very dirty but it did have some bird poop here and there … which is still there now and we’ll just clean it ourselves at home. The car wash machinery looks so new and nice but the wash is quite fast and, perhaps for that reason, didn’t clean nearly as well as some of the automatic car washes that we go to in the area. It did get the dust off of the car and the car has that shine that it should after a car wash but its actually not very clean looking.

My car looked as if it went to a war after a wash. While it’s unacceptable in a first place what pissed me most is that there are LOTS of staff there, and no one given me a hint I need to take a look at my plates. (There were other less ugly outcomes) Sure enough I won’t be appearing there again and I do not recommend this place.

Very disappointing experience. I visited this car wash expecting normal service, but during the wash my windshield cracked. I noticed the damage immediately afterward and documented everything with photos and video. Since then, I have tried everything to contact the business: - multiple phone calls, - voicemail messages, - online contact form, - written follow-ups. No response at all. What frustrates me the most is not even the damage itself, but the fact that nobody is willing to communicate or help. A responsible business should at least respond to a customer when there is a serious issue involving vehicle damage. I have all documentation and proof of the incident and am still hoping the owner will finally reach out and handle this properly. Until then, I cannot recommend this place.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for a while now, but my recent visit really stood out because of Patricio, the manager. He is genuinely one of the most helpful, kind, and attentive people I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. What really impressed me is how much he clearly cares about customer satisfaction. He treats every car like it’s his own and makes sure everyone leaves happy. No rushing, no cutting corners , just real attention to detail and a positive attitude the whole time. If you’re looking for a car wash where the service actually feels personal and top-notch, ask for Patricio or come when he’s around. He’s the reason I’ll keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Found this Great Car Wash. Open 8am-8pm 7 days a week. It's only $10 dollars and they also have a full package of $15 dollars. Sure gets you a really good wash. After the car wash you can park it to do some touch-up's like mirrors and door jambs also trunk. All the staff is well dressed Dressed to impress as they say. So give it a try and you'll see why I keep coming back. Next time, I'll try the $15 dollar Great customer service!
