I have used the automatic car wash before and it was okay. This review is for the handheld wand car wash, particularly the unit to the right of the change machine. Sucks. I put in 20 quarters. Nothing happened. Then more. Nothing happened. Then swiped credit card. Took about 6 swipes for it to finally register. Tapped the button for EXTRA TIME. The selector labels are trashed and the mode selector does not work in most positions. I could not spray wash with soap initially, had to rinse, then soap down with the brush. Then rinse feature failed. No buzzer or bell to alert time. NO EXTRA TIME given. Gave up and left with a soapy truck. The most poorly maintained car wash I have ever seen, and it has been this way for years. Just pathetic. Yes, I could have called the number, but it is worth it to me to warn others.

Right side of the automatic car was is broken. Dumped a bunch of soap, didn’t wash it off properly, didn’t dry it at all. I wasted my money. I paid for the expensive option too. No clear way to get a refund. Highly recommend avoiding this car wash.

The is place is falling apart and is a safety hazard! It’s literally held together with zip ties and packing tape. Go somewhere else. In the self wash bay it literally has ONE function that works on the selector knob: it turns on the wand to full power rinse (no soap) and turns on the brush at the same time. Every other self wash has things like wash/soap, high pressure rinse, low pressure rinse, brush, tire cleaner, engine cleaner. But not here. It is literally nothing, or soap brush with rinse simultaneously. The light weight brush handle must have broken, because it’s been replaced with a piece of heavy galvanized pipe. The brush stays on, pumping soap suds all over the handle, hoses, and concrete. The overhead water leaks like crazy. The overhead hose has been held onto the rotating assembly with the following: zip ties, hose clamps, black tape, clear tape. The zip ties have FAILED. The hose clamps have FAILED. The clear tape has FAILED. The only thing left holding it above your car is the black tape. It is truly just waiting to fall and damage your car or injure you.

I should have looked at other reviews first, my bad. It looks like this car wash wasn’t maintained a very long time. Soap doesn’t work, only rinse. I think the sprayer will fell off on someone’s car roof very soon, it isn’t attached properly, see video. This car wash has to be closed as not safe. Scam to charge money for this.

Very aggressive car wash, shook my whole car and made aggressive squeaking sounds. I definitely would not take my car through this regularly, but it was good for a one-time wash. The tops of the washcloths looked new. The payment machine is in really bad disrepair, with lots of options blacked out and the screen was impossible to read, so I accidentally bought two washes. I was frustrated about that. It let me buy two washes back to back along with how aggressive it was
