Extremely disappointed in my most recent car wash. I got the mini detail and the outside of the car was not even completely washed. There were leaves left around the windshield wipers, the front grill and bumper were still covered in dust along with the lights and other parts of the car. The back seat and trunk were not vacuumed.

I honestly have no idea why I was charged $125. I came in specifically asking for a carpet shampoo, exterior machine wash and interior basic wiping and vacuuming, which is listed at a much lower price, but somehow my total ended up being $125 I also waited over 2 hours for my car. The quality of the cleaning was extremely disappointing. There were many dirty spots and stuck-on stains left on the exterior. The front of the car looked like it hadn’t even been washed, the front emblem and license plate were still dirty! When I asked an employee if he could please clean the front properly, he handed me the towel and told me to clean it myself! The interior was just as bad. The dashboard was still dusty, the cup holders had not been touched, the seats weren’t wiped down (front or back), the door handles were still dirty, and even the inside mirrors hadn’t been cleaned. It honestly looked like almost nothing inside had been wiped. When I asked the employee he told me that I didn’t pay for the interior cleaning. In the end, I had to grab a rag and clean the interior myself after paying $125. On top of that I left a tip to that employee! 🙄 For that price, I expected a professional d

1 star — Save your time and be kind to yourself, and consider other options. I should have trusted the reviews before. The person running the operation had zero interest in being helpful — not dismissive in a busy-and-distracted way, but in a this-is-not-my-problem way. When you're paying a premium price, you expect at least a baseline of customer service. That's not what you get here. Then there's the actual car wash, which is the whole point. My car came out looking superficially cleaned. Bird poop untouched, surfaces barely wiped down. The prices are too high for what you get. The worst part is this wasn't a surprise to anyone but me. The reviews are out there. People have been saying exactly this for a while. I thought proximity and convenience made it worth patronizing, but it doesn't line up for me. Santa Monica has enough going for it — this car wash isn't one of them.

I embarrassingly dinged my car on a fence during a sharp turn, so I brought it in for a detail. The team at Lincoln Car Wash went above and beyond. Four people worked incredibly hard and completely transformed my car. It’s spotless inside and out, honestly cleaner than it’s ever been. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you!

Too expensive, they can’t even clean my ride good they’re still trash under the mat and under my seat. I paid too much money to get my car detailed and I’m not satisfied with it and the guy still expect me to give him a tip. they need to do a better job and better cleaning and better prices. There’s better places that they give you good prices and better service.
