I usually don’t write negative reviews, but this experience was completely unacceptable. I asked for the $12 car wash, and the employee immediately began explaining the monthly membership benefits. I had already heard this sales pitch several times, so I politely told him I was fine with the single wash. He became defensive and accused me of being rude for cutting him off. Even though I didn’t appreciate his reaction, I calmly asked him to continue. Instead, he started lecturing me about how I should take care of my car. I know how to care for my own car, and since I don’t live nearby or regularly use this location, a monthly membership simply doesn’t make sense for me. Customers should be allowed to decline an upgrade without being insulted, lectured, or called rude. Management needs to train its employees on how to communicate respectfully with customers before putting them in customer-facing positions. This behavior was ridiculous and completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location, and I recommend that others be aware of how customers may be treated here.

rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this car wash was extremely disappointing. While going through the wash, the spinning brushes scratched the hood of my 2024 Mercedes EQE SUV. I immediately reported the damage and completed an incident report before leaving. I was told to wait for the manager to contact me the following week. Instead, I had to repeatedly follow up myself. The manager said the issue had been escalated to the regional office, but after four separate attempts to get someone to return my calls, I finally heard back—only to be told they were denying responsibility. To make matters worse, I requested a refund for the monthly membership I couldn’t use while waiting for this to be resolved. I was initially told they would refund it, but later received another message saying they had changed their mind and would not. What really concerns me is that about two weeks later, my neighbor noticed a large new sign stating they are not responsible for vehicle damage. She also noticed the top spinning brushes—the same type of brushes that contacted my hood—were no longer operating. I can’t say why they were turned off, but the timing certainly raises question

Last month I did a car wash. As I remember the only option on the screen was monthly wash for 10$. I asked a car wash worker about this and was told this is a promotion, just to try and I will not be charged in a month. Today on a Farther's day I am charged with 21$, I figured out it's car wash. I searched a way how to cancel subscription but I have no account), I tried to register for an account but I can't, it requires last 4 digits of credit card which was charged and I tried it and no luck. Seems like the only option is to call bank about this scam. So frustrating, was using this car wash for years) and never will come back.

Nelly the manager here is a true example of hospitality. The sweetest lady and very considerate towards her customers here. She always provides value and lets her customers feel valued and welcomed at her business! Best car was as well since they get undercarriage wash too!

Alex absolutely went above and beyond today!! I had some stubborn bird droppings on my hood that wouldn’t come off, even after going through the car wash multiple times. Alex was incredibly patient, helpful, and proactive, and even upgraded me to the top-tier wash at no extra cost to make sure my car actually got clean. After the third wash, the spots finally came off and my car looks amazing. Outstanding customer service like this is rare—huge shoutout to Alex for taking such great care of me and my car ✨
