Paid $160 for a “magic” car wash for them to somehow manage to scratch multiple panels on my car. When I brought these scratches up, they tried to tell me I would need to pay for a wax to remove and that they don’t scratch cars there (unfortunately other reviews say otherwise). No resolution because according to the guy in charge they “don’t scratch cars here” then he walked off. Absolutely will NOT be returning or recommending.

I paid $42 for an exterior-only car wash, and it was extremely disappointing. The entire wash took about 8 minutes. The car was sprayed with water and soap, then quickly wiped with what appeared to be a dirty cloth. The employee told me the car was finished and asked me to leave, even though it was still wet and visibly dirty. There was no wheel cleaning, no attempt to remove bird droppings or leaves, and the car wasn’t properly dried with a clean towel. Instead, the dirty wet cloth left streaks and smudges on both the windows and the paint. For this price, I expected much better attention to detail and a higher standard of service. I’ve honestly received a better exterior wash at an automatic car wash for around $15. Unfortunately, this experience was not worth the $42, and I wouldn’t return or recommend it.

I had an excellent experience here. They did an amazing job on both the exterior and interior of my car. The wash was thorough and every detail inside was spotless. My seats were shampooed and conditioned, leaving them looking and feeling like new. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you to Yruam and his team! I will definitely be coming back.

If you value your vehicle's paint, do not bring it here. Their social media and marketing talk a big game about being a premium detailer and warn people about the damage "cheap car washes" can do. The irony is that Magic Hands will charge you a premium price to destroy your clear coat faster than a $5 gas station tunnel. I actually used to come here all the time in the past, so I trusted them. Because of that trust, I brought my brand-new black Tesla here on Sunday (6/28) between 5:00 and 6:00 PM for its very first wash. I’ve only had the car for two weeks, and the factory clear coat was absolutely flawless. While drying my car I literally saw the crew wiping down cars using what looked like dirty-looking orange utility shop rags. I figured I was overreacting and assumed they knew what they were doing since they are the professionals. I was dead wrong. When I got the car home and looked at it in the sun, the entire vehicle was covered in severe micro-marring, scratches, and swirl webs. Why are they using abrasive or contaminated cloths to dry cars, it’s like taking sandpaper to their customers' cars. (See attached photos and videos of the damage). I called the shop immediately
