I don’t take my cars anywhere else. The service is fast and quality work every time. Staff is friendly and always helpful. It’s pricey but I guess so is everything else in this economy. Worth it.

If you value your vehicle's paint, avoid this company at all costs. I trusted them with my brand-new black Tesla on Sunday (6/28) for its very first wash. While drying, the crew used dirty, abrasive orange utility shop rags. When I got home, my flawless factory clear coat was completely destroyed, covered in severe micro-marring and swirl webs (see attached photos/videos). It’s like they took sandpaper to my car. Their customer service is non-existent. When I showed up in person to report the damage, staff deflected and told me to email management. I sent full photo evidence right then. It’s been over 24 hours, plus four unreturned phone calls yesterday and another this morning. They have completely ghosted me. Despite their "premium" marketing, if you look at their reviews over the last 3-4 months, they average 1.85 stars for this exact issue: rushed washes, dirty towels, ruined paint, and a management team that hides from accountability. Stay away. (Incident occurred at the Coconut Grove location)

Love this place, whether you're an altima or an urus they treat you exactly the same and the cars look mint after every time.

Paid $50 for an interior detail/car wash and left extremely disappointed. There was still visible dust, debris, and grime throughout the interior after the service. The center console, door handles, side panels, and tight crevices were clearly not cleaned properly, and there were scratches/scuff marks left visible on multiple surfaces. On top of that, trash was left inside my vehicle that I had to throw away myself afterward. What makes it worse is that I know other places that charge less and still do a far better, more thorough job. For the price, I expected professional-level detailing and attention to detail, but the work felt rushed and incomplete. I would not return or recommend this place based on my experience
