Excellent service from Jason R.! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure everything was taken care of and paid great attention to detail. My car looks amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’ll definitely be returning. I highly recommend Jason!

Came to the del prado location for a wash & interior clean. First there was nowhere to get rid of trash/ move things around before entering the wash like there use to be. When I entered the area where they clean interior for you, I asked for a couple minutes to remove some trash and put things in my truck. About 5-6 people bombarded every door of my car and started blowing things around before I was ready & I had to say excuse me to continue what I was doing. It was uncomfortable & I felt very rushed. I went inside & waited & about 4 minutes later they say they are done. When I walked out no one was to be seen and I was completely disappointed of the "cleaning." There was still trash in my car doors (folded up paper plate, water bottle caps, paper straw wrappers & empty water bottle in the back) the doors had not been wiped off at all. Dust & crumbs all over my seats & on top of my middle console. And doors. Crumbs in corners of the floor. When I found someone to tell I wasn't happy, she looked at the inside of my car, had no response, didn't look at me or say anything and walked inside. We visit Cape Coral every spring and always bring our vehicle to this place to get it cleaned up which is usually quite a job after a 1200 mile trip and three kids riding in the back. I was greeted very friendly by Jasille with a variety of options for cleaning. They did a nice job as usual. Unfortunately they no longer offer full detailed cleanings like they used to but they did steam clean the interior as part of their regular inside/outside clean. Wheels and tires cleaned and tire dressed. I would say a nice value all for around $40.

Let me tell you. I’m on a budget and my car was destroyed from years of construction and dogs.. car was bought brand new in 2013. I bought there best interior package online and drove over. On a Sunday this team was heavily staffed and eager to tackle the task. I promise this was not a light task. After about 10 minutes of 5-7 people attacking my car. It turned out amazing for what it was before I arrived.

I paid for the most expensive package, which included washing, polishing, interior cleaning, and tire cleaning. None of that was done properly; they rushed it all in under five minutes, and of course, my car still had a lot of imperfections. I don't recommend it; don't waste your money there. The service was terrible. Even though I told the person I'd paid for the most expensive package, they said that's what the service included. Of course, after that response, I didn't want to argue anymore. But I'll definitely never go back. I'm going to tell my family and friends not to go either.
