August 4th, 11:04am. Kid in the tunnel bay was pulling me in and was on his phone. This place needs to do better. No other place i visit ever pulls me in like that kid did. Manager please do something to improve this, i feel disrespected and under appreciated. I tried to talk to someone but they didn't care either. Manager please do something.

First i want to say not all off mister car wash are bad . In my town there's several off them and I have always gotten great service. But this one in modesto by downtown on McHenry it's gotta by the bad seed. I seem several people complain to the employees. And my personal experience the first one i have a pickup truck with big tires I have use this location several times and one day they just refused service to me . Why because my tires were to big. I went up the street to the other one I just went in and out no problem. The next week I go to another one in town great service got my truck with big tires wash. Then I go to this one they refused service again. And one off this days I show up in my little sedan I got service but after being in line for 20 minutes no one shows up to attend me and several other cars in line. I had to hunk to get attention. The guy shows up with an attitude. I told him we being there for a while and several customers left he says we'll they left you are here. What a bad service customer service is everything Even if there prices were higher people come back because they have good service but this location they do not

Mister car wash is a good deal foe me cause I have a tree w birds all over it right above my car in my drive way so I l I ke being able to come into Mister car wash to clean up mother natures little messes whenever I need to and I just pay a flat rate every month. It comes right out when I get paid so it's like I don't hardly notice. I like my car to be clean. Inside and out so it's awesome that the vacuums are free. Thanks Mister Car Wash!!!

en a member a long time. Vacuums are getting worse. Some with no hoses and ALL LWITH WEAK SUCTION. Now nozzles fall off and you are left with a weak suctioning hose. Also I noticed my tires were not getting tire dressing. So I asked about this. Mgr said the motor that drives the tire machine is broken and mgmt wont replace it. His suggestion? Drive across town to another Mister car wash where tire machine worked. I thought this was actually sad but laughable. The wash does not fully rinse or blow dry. Its just a mess. Best is the people who wave you in keep waving and if you didn't ignore them you would run into back of the car in front of you. I saw this happen! It is scary how they just wave and wave without regard for the car ahead of you. Mgmt does not care.
