I am impressed by this car wash; I prefer touchless washes to avoid rubber brushes carrying abrasive grime. The wash starts with an employee offering a free mop-like like scrub of your exterior, and the wash itself is a typical cycle with a basic arm that does circles around your car before you drive through an adequate dryer tunnel. Since the dryers can't get every corner, go for the $20 "best" tier to get a towel, or bring your own and use the $14 "good" tier (harbor freight has good cheap microfiber towels). The prices are average, not any lower than the bay area, but the extra service is appreciated. The line moved relatively quickly.

Recently went and it took attendant bout 15 minutes to talk to us. Asked him to to do the platinum wash. He didn't really clean the rims or dry off the car. I get it you work at a car wash but if you phone it in at a car wash why would anyone pay you a good salary if you can barely do the car wash job.

I got the $40 monthly package. I’m honestly cancelling my membership. There are two employees there that give the WORST service. They are both always on their phone and do the bare minimum. I have seen how they “forget” to towel dry the vehicles before me. The hand towel dry is TERRIBLE. I always have to go home and spray/ dry my windows. Overall so disappointing. I really wish these pictures would really show how bad of a job they do. There’s another worker who is so nice and does a better job than the two shown in the pictures.

I used to be a loyal, long-time customer and even had a subscription at this car wash in the past paid $40 a month for over two years(used to be cheaper till they raised the price) I stopped going for a while, but recently decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, this experience confirmed that I won’t be returning. I paid $20 for the Platinum package, expecting a thorough, high-quality service. Instead, I was extremely disappointed. They did not shine my tires as advertised, and the overall cleaning of my vehicle felt rushed and careless. Several areas were clearly not properly cleaned, and it honestly looked like a half-done job. What made the situation worse was that no one came to dry my vehicle after the wash. I noticed that employees were drying vehicles for certain groups of customers, but not others. It felt inconsistent and, frankly, suspicious. As a paying customer who chose one of the higher-tier packages, I expected equal treatment and attention to detail. For someone who previously supported this business with a subscription, this was especially disappointing. Customer service and quality have clearly declined. If you’re looking for a great touchless full service car wash, this is the place. Great service! Been going for months and don’t have a bad thing to say about it .
