I’ve had memberships to many other car washes and I just signed up for this one cause it was closest to home but unbeknownst to me it was the BEST decision ever. The service is A+ every single time especially from a guy named Harrison - he always asks questions that go above and beyond to make sure you’re completely happy and satisfied. And because of that I’ve had my friends and family move on over to this branch. You won’t regret it!

Worker Luis provided one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. He was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional the entire time. He refused to properly explain what was included in the basic wash and openly acted like he did not care about the customer’s opinion or satisfaction at all. Completely unacceptable behavior from someone in management. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting decent customer service.

Great car wash with wonderful employees!!! I’d drive a longer distance just to come here. Tae was fantastic and helped me clean the interior of my car. A much better experience here than at other car washes in the area.

I’ve been a customer at this car wash for years, back when the subscription actually felt worth it. At that time, you could only go once per day. Now they’ve switched to “unlimited washes,” which sounds great on paper—but in reality, it feels like that change was made because the washes don’t clean your car properly the first time. Today really confirmed my frustration. I recently had an accident and my vehicle was totaled, so I hadn’t been keeping up with my subscription. When I came in, I paid $14 for a basic wash—understandably expecting at least a decent clean. After going through the wash, my car still had visible dirt on it. I spoke with the general manager, Eric, and simply asked if I could run it through again. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—just a chance to get what I paid for. His response was no, because I only purchased the basic wash and “it’s just soap and water,” implying it wouldn’t get the car clean anyway. That response alone says a lot about the quality of the service. What’s even more frustrating is that even when I previously had the higher-tier subscription with more “chemicals,” the results weren’t much better. So this isn’t just about the basic
