I always go here to wash my car and love it! Their staff is so kind and I want to shout out Dylan specifically. I accidentally locked myself out of my car today (oops) and he was so helpful letting me borrow his phone and offering me water while I waited for help. He mentioned that he was just starting and I was so impressed at how amazing he was at his job already!! Thanks Woodies!

Love Woodies!! Also encountered a wonderful employee today! Denae is such a nice young lady! She came over and helped dry the car and also cleaned the headlights with glass cleaner! Such a nice touch! She was incredibly friendly and helpful! You all are lucky to have such a great employee. She really makes the customer experience great! Thanks Denae!

This was one of the worst car wash experiences I’ve had. I paid for a wash and my truck still came out dirty the first time. I went back and asked for both a re-wash and a refund because the wash clearly didn’t do the job. The manager refused the refund, saying she couldn’t refund me because I had already paid for it — which made no sense considering that’s exactly why I was requesting the refund in the first place. She sent my truck through a second time, but it still came out dirty again. After the second wash, she did wipe parts of the truck down by hand while explaining that the issue was supposedly because of my mirrors, the shape of my truck, and the fact that I had just come off a long road trip. I disagreed with that explanation because I’ve taken this same truck through other car washes in much worse condition and it came out spotless without any issues. When I asked if they could run it through again, I was told no. To make matters worse, another customer there told me she only comes for the plastic treatment on her Jeep and avoids the actual car wash because she’s also had bad experiences with the wash quality. if you want your car all scratched up then this the best place for your car!!!! these are pictures from every time i have went! i never vacuumed here bc usually i don’t need it but when i heard the scratch i had to pull in just to see for myself and it was a even bigger mark on the car so i finally said something and they tried to say basically all this is from me! their exact words “ no one else had scratches on their vehicle” remind you now so many people have left the lot and new people came in so OF COURSE! i would know if i have scratched up my vehicle like come on be so fr! and it’s a black car so yeah i would have definitely seen something that I DID! so yeah don’t come here!

Driver mirror damaged ,will not go back to correct position after wash, was blamed on me for pushing mirror while in wash when both mirrors were pushed forward via car wash ( which dose every time I go threw woodies with out incident. ) this time I did try to save while in tunnel , I did speak with Heather and photos taken to submit for a claim,however was denied for believe I caused issues . Told all on camera. Well the mirrors were in perfect condition & position before I went in and should have see on there cameras they folded forward and I tried to fold back before anymore damage occurred .anyways disappointed that this is the result from going threw this car wash and that claim is denied from something I surely did not cause! Hopefully this will be reevaluated and made corrected but judging by Heather at woodies I am now stuck with a damaged mirror caused by woodies car wash. Awesome customer service
