I had a great experience at MrSplash Car Wash! Carolina did an amazing job on my car. She was professional, friendly, and paid attention to every detail. My car looked spotless inside and out when she was finished. You can tell she really cares about the quality of her work.

UPDATING MY PREVIOUS 5-STAR REVIEW: Do not bring your car to this location (Especially a black car you care about). I did their most expensive option, a full detailing of my Black Tesla Model 3 where I now have to take to a paint correction facility. TLDR: they did not offer any refund nor any accountability of the results. I initially left a 5-star review on-site inside the Bloomingdale garage immediately after receiving my keys because the attendant was polite and prompted me for one. However, inspecting a car inside a parking garage with non-optimal lighting hides severe clear-coat defects. Once I got my black Tesla Model 3 home under direct lighting, the actual results were unacceptable. The Paint Damage: The clay bar treatment was done improperly, resulting in heavy micro-marring and severe swirl marks across my clear coat—most notably on the trunk lid, which was previously pristine. Claying on paint inside a parking garage without proper machine polishing afterwards will ruin your finish. Skipped Interior Work: Basic steps included in the $400 Full Detail package were completely missed. The accelerator and brake pedals were left covered in dirt. The headrests were barely t

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. BASICALLY A SCAM!! DONT GO HERE!! I could pay a 6 year old to clean the car better. I paid $265 including tip (they gave $9 discount for mentioning booking on the phone) for their 2nd to best interior wash that was supposed to include shampooing the seats on a 2008 altima that I just purchased. To be fair, its an old car and it needed some work, but they didn't even try. There was bobby pins on the dash when I left it, and makeup all over the car. Those They didn't wash was the exterior at all. The tech was Carolina. when i paid and looked at the car, I got my own Windex out of the trunk and a brush and cleaned a window in front of her and she said oh, we don't have that can I use yours? Mind blown. there was makeup on the window. After standing there for 10 minutes, I said I have to go (they had the car for 2.5 hours already). As soon as I was driving I was on the phone with customer service. Anna was nice. She asked I let them fix it after I requested a full refund as they didn't do 90% of the job I paid for (look at pictures). so i brought the car back the following week because I don't have 2.5 hours to sit at the mall really ever and left t with them over
