Thank you Bastian and his team for making my car shine! It had a lot of stains from being parked outdoors and they removed everything and made my car look like new again. Everyone is super nice, friendly, and efficient. Will definitely return and recommend!

This was my first experience with Mr. Splash, and unfortunately it was extremely disappointing. I left feeling overcharged and misled. When I arrived, I was asked if I wanted the “Shine Wash” and whether I needed interior and exterior service. I stated that I only needed an exterior wash. There was no explanation that the service would be limited to a rinse with soap and water and no attention to visible residue. When I returned to pick up my car, I was asked to pay before even seeing the vehicle, and was immediately prompted to add a tip. After paying $65 (which came to $80 with tip), I walked over to my car and noticed visible marks all over the sides and roof, along with staining on the bumper which looks like water splotches that were not on the area before. When I brought this to an employee’s attention, he attempted to wipe it down with a spray and rag. However, when I asked about the remaining stains, the manager told me that my wash “didn’t include stain removal” and that it was essentially just soap and water. Being told that I would need to pay more after already spending $80 for a car that was still visibly dirty is unacceptable. To top it off when I looked more close

I’ve been a loyal customer of Mr. Splash in Town Center for over three years, and I can confidently say they never disappoint. I’m very particular about my car, I drive a Porsche, so maintaining the paint, finish, and overall condition is extremely important to me. Every visit, they deliver exceptional results. Everything is hand-washed and detailed to perfection, both inside and out. I’ve tried a variety of their services, from regular washes to full detailing, waxing, and even paint decontamination, and each time the quality is outstanding. My husband also brings his car here, and we both completely trust their team. We’ve never had a single issue, our cars always come out looking flawless. Their pricing is very reasonable for the level of care and attention they provide. The entire staff is friendly and professional, but I especially recommend asking for Bastian, he consistently does an incredible job and goes above and beyond.
