I used to go constantly and I went to wash my car today and paid premium services. Unfortunately my car is still dirty I am cannot see the difference. Between the regular services and the premium. It was a very bad experience. More money for nothing really.

I used to come here every month and always paid for the same inside-and-outside cleaning service. Unfortunately, since the new management took over, the quality seems to have changed I paid $26 for an interior and exterior cleaning, but my car was barely cleaned inside. There were still crumbs left behind, the steering wheel still had marks on it, literally several areas look untouched. The attention to detail that I used to appreciate just wasn’t there I’m disappointed because I genuinely used to love this place and regularly recommended it to others. I hope management can improve the service and bring it back to the standard it used to have.

I recently purchased a Groupon for an “ultimate interior cleaning” at Wash & Wax Spa on Okeechobee Boulevard, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The service itself was incomplete. Key areas like the trunk were not cleaned, and there was little to no attention given to detail between the seats and other hard-to-reach areas. The overall result left the vehicle noticeably unfinished. More concerning was the interaction with the staff member, Fausto. His attitude was dismissive, and he made it clear that because we used a Groupon, we should not expect the same level of service as a full-paying customer. That is not acceptable. A discounted service should never mean reduced quality or professionalism. Regardless of whether the service is $55 or $39 with a coupon, customers should receive what was advertised. The experience felt rushed, incomplete, and unprofessional. I would recommend that management review both the quality of work being delivered and how customers are being treated—especially those using Groupon promotions, as they are still paying customers and potential repeat clients. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I hope improvement

I came in for a hand car wash and unfortunately noticed multiple scratches on my vehicle afterward that were not there before. When I tried to speak with the manager to address the issue, he walked away while I was explaining my concern. As he walked away, he stated that my window tint was old and that this was the reason for the scratches. I was disappointed with both the outcome and the lack of customer service, especially since I expected extra care with a hand wash.

This is Their 20 dollar wash...the entire car looked great, However I just got home and looked at my rear bumper.. this is just un acceptable. Called and told to bring it by same day for another wash, But working till 9 today and cant make it..Posting this for a time stamp so they can see the issue when I bring it by tomorrow first thing.
