I can’t say enough good things about the team at PSG! I’ve had over 10 vehicles tinted over the years, and there has almost always been that one window with a small speck, imperfection, or something that needed to be redone—or something I just had to live with. Not here. This was perfection. The tint and chrome delete work they did on my vehicle was absolutely flawless. I mean FLAWLESS. The attention to detail and quality of the work was second to none. What really stood out, though, was their commitment to customer service. That level of care and genuine pride in their work is something you just don’t see much anymore. Carson, Victor, Goose, and Bryson were all fantastic from start to finish. They were professional, helpful, and made the entire experience easy. And the shop itself is a pretty cool place to hang out if you have to wait—so even that part of the experience was enjoyable. If you’re considering tint, a chrome delete, or any other wrap work, I highly recommend PSG. These guys absolutely knocked it out of the park. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicles back to them in the future. 10/10. Second to none. Truly flawless work!

Amazing service!!! They did an absolutely incredible job on my car wrap, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of their work. I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better company than PSG! Everyone there was so friendly, professional, and willing to help in any way they could. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. I just bought a brand new Tahoe and was wanting to get the two front windows tinted. I had no clue where to go or who to go. I decided to search online for the best window tint shop in Jacksonville. PSG popped up so I decided to start reading their reviews. At first I thought to myself that the reviews were fake. There were so many 5 star reviews that I couldn’t believe it. I decided to go to the shop the following day to get an estimate. I was immediately greeted by Carson. I told him what I wanted and he clearly and thoroughly explained my options and his recommendation. They had a cancellation the next day so I was able to immediately schedule my appointment for that time. I was very happy with the fact that they conveniently had Saturday hours. I arrived for my appointment a bit early and they got to my truck right away. Carson and I went over the aftercare of the window tint and explained to me the lifetime warranty. I then very comfortably waited in their relaxing waiting area. Less than 45 minutes later my windows were done. I went outside to look at my truck and was very happy with the job they had just done. Above & Beyond Hospitality: They were incredibly flexible with my schedule and even set me up at a desk so I could hop on a quick, Zoom call while I was there. Quality Control: They don't just "wrap and run." They actually schedule a follow-up to inspect the product after it settles to ensure there are zero defects.
