Customer service was top notch! These guys are great. Jamison completed my service to perfection. Went in for a windshield tint after having it replaced and came out with the whole car done, even my moonroof (which they said was one of the hardest ones to do on the market). Who knew factory windows were just colored glass and not actually tinted (not me🤣). My car is sooo much cooler after my recent move to FL! 😊

Smooth as silk from start to finish! I called to get my new Tesla tinted and got an appointment the next day. I had lots of questions and they answered all of them professionally and without a sales pitch. The best part, the car looks fantastic and exceeded all my expectations. Noah, Jakobe and the team took care of my baby and got it done fast. I’ll be bringing my other vehicles back here to get to get done. Beautiful new facility in a convenient location right off I-95.

Installer Jakobe was professional, efficient and courteous. He took the time to explain how to maintain the quality installation and demonstrated true craftsmanship in his work. When I met with owner Noah to consult and drop vehicle off he took the time to educate me on to options and gave me demo of what to expect via another vehicle that happened to be on-site. Noah returned my calls and texts quickly while other companies didn't when I was shopping the market. Highly recommend this team and their company.

Noah and his team are the peak example of when professional customer service and masterful skill meet. Noah was incredibly helpful from my very first phone call to ask some questions all the way through our conversations once I was in shop. Jamison, my installer, was very friendly, equally informative, and did an incredible job. They said they want to earn my business not just for this car but my next 2 or 3 at least and they did. Photos are about a week after installation. VortexIR for all: 30% rear and back sides, 15% front sides, 70% (clear) full windshield and 5% top strip. Their new shop is a great spot; was worth it for me even with a 30 minute drive. Has a very comfortable waiting room with excellent free coffee. Literally anything else anyone could ask me about these guys would get only positive feedback. If you don't choose them for your tinting, you shouldn't be trusted to make decisions! 😂💯

Just purchased a 2025 Cadillac XT5, and with a black SUV, getting the tint done right was a top priority. It’s been over 8 years since I’ve had a new vehicle, so I wasn’t familiar with the local tint shops, but Tint Magic immediately stood out. Their reviews, photos, and overall presentation already looked top-tier before I even made the call. From the first conversation with Noah and the team, the experience was outstanding. I actually had to cancel my first appointment because of a scheduling conflict, and they couldn’t have been more understanding or accommodating getting me rebooked quickly. When I arrived, Noah took the time to really educate me on the differences between ceramic tint and standard tint without any sales pressure or gimmicks. That was huge for me. He gave me the information I actually wanted so I could make an informed decision myself. You can tell these guys care about quality and customer experience, not just pushing a sale. We ended up doing ceramic all around: 15% on the sides and rear, 45% on the windshield, plus the strip up front — and the XT5 looks absolutely incredible.
