A huge waste of money and time. I didn't initially plan on writing this review because I try to support small businesses, but man did my experience with this business upset me. I held a grudge against this business for months and I've since not trusted another car detailing service in Miami until very recently. Long story short, this is not a detailing service whatsoever. You pay the guy $150 for his "employee" to basically give you a VERY BASIC interior vacuuming and exterior wipe. Like the type that you can get for $20 at a local car wash or gas station. Mind you, it was already a clean vehicle. I never leave trash or grime anywhere in the car as I'm a bit of a clean freak anyway. I just wanted to treat my car thru a professional cleaning service to get the little nooks and crannies (after nearly a 2 month long cross-country drive) but this place was not the right place to bring it to. Nothing was even wiped down inside. Things were still dusty, and the guy didn't even open my trunk. The leaves, dust, and debris were still all left in very obvious areas, such as door frames, cup holders, and even the glass. THEN, I realized after I got home, that my garage access card was mi

Royalty Auto Wash absolutely lives up to its name! From the moment I pulled in, the staff (Steve & Juan) are attentive and genuinely friendly — you can tell they take pride in their work. My car came out looking spotless, and the whole experience felt effortless. It’s rare to find a place that combines great results with such excellent customer service. This is my new go-to car wash without a doubt. Highly recommend!

I’ve used this detailing service several times before and was always satisfied, but this visit was a complete disappointment. They have a 5-star rating on Google, but after my recent experience, I have no idea how they’ve earned it. The quality of work has clearly declined. The car was washed for a long time, but the result was far from perfect. The outside is fine, but the interior was barely touched. I was especially disappointed with how poorly the interior was detailed, including the steering wheel — they clearly didn’t pay attention to the details. A different person was working on my car this time, and it was nowhere near the level I was used to. I paid 320 dollars expecting much higher quality service, but unfortunately, it wasn’t there. Very disappointed and I won’t be coming back

They did amazing! Great communication and my car looked spotless after. I reached out for an appointment and within five minutes I received a call with confirmation of my booking. I got the $160 detailing and it took around 2 hours. They took off some stickers that were stuck to my window and scuffs on the inside of my car. Super happy with the results and cannot recommend them enough. Will be back! Thank you to Joe who cleaned my car, you did such an amazing job!

Royalty Auto Wash is the best in the business, trust and believe. Flawless wash and wax 🤩 No streaks, tires shined, new car condition. Was super impressed with the entire process, from booking to pickup. Easily saw availability and booked online (the ‘mcarw’ link on google maps page of 8/14/23.) Dropped it off, got a coffee and was alerted for pickup by text in under an hour!! Inside and outside were truly immaculate. Needless to say, signed up for the membership! Owner is a man of integrity and the guys detailing were competent/super friendly. Would confidently recommend to any family or friends 💯 When I upgrade to the Porsche, I won’t be be able to trust anyone else with it. THANKS AGAIN 🙏
