The team from Second 2 None did a great job detailing my 7 year old car. They were very professional, were early for the appointment at my home, prices were reasonable and the car looks great! Steven, the team lead, was an excellent communicator and provided tips on taking better care of my vehicle. I would highly recommend them.

After a scheduling error Steven from Second 2 None touched base with me and wanted to make things right for the mistake. We were able to reschedule and the team did a great job detailing my very dirty Tesla. Thank you for taking care of your customers and for your excellent service! Before and after photos included.

Gabe, Nick and his crew have been detailing my 2019 Range Rover Sport since it was new. I am always pleased with the service Gabe, Nick, and the entire crew provides. Nick and his team always give my car black cars the best TLC. I've been a customer since 2015 and the owner Gabe consistently makes customer service a top priority. This weekend I got the Spring detail package to protect my Range Rover Sport from the sun. My car looks showroom clean and shiny! Gabe & his entire crew are truly Second To None!

I'm an unhappy customer of this company. Like some other reviews on here, when we attempted to contact the company about the issues with our service, we didn't receive any accountability or attempt to resolve the situation. When I pay $275 for a detail, I don't want to have to detail it after they leave. Very obvious things were missed. Under seat non vacuumed, sticky substance not removed from multiple locations on the body, dust and debris accumulation in visible and easy to clean places not addressed. See attached photos. We've called multiple times and received no response. As a side note, we have security cameras installed and caught the supervisor/owner yelling at the employees in our driveway. Very unprofessional and unkind. The gentlemen who cleaned the car were polite but didn't do a great job. For that reason, we recommend you find another business to detail your car.
