My issue was resolved very quickly. After they looked into it and explained everything to me, I realized that I had misunderstood the situation. I really appreciate how quickly and professionally they handled my concern. I’ve updated my review to 5 stars. You truly deserve it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best car wash in North Texas! I really love Soapy Jeff’s and have always had a great experience here. They do a GREAT job cleaning both the inside and outside of my car, the waiting area is really nice, and every employee I’ve interacted with has been polite, friendly, and hardworking. My only complaint after the remodel is that there is no longer a canopy or covered area for the employees who are cleaning the interiors of the cars 😭 In Texas, where summer temperatures are regularly 100+ degrees, it’s honestly hard to watch them working out in the direct sun with no shade. I even mentioned it to one of the employees, and he just kind of shrugged, which made me feel even worse for them. I really hope management considers adding some type of canopy or shade structure for the employees! Bring it back, they need it! They work hard and provide great service, and they deserve to have some protection from the Texas heat since they're out there ALL day. Otherwise, I’ve been very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Soapy Jeff’s. (And their reloadable card has INSANE deals, so def get that!).

The quality of this car wash has declined significantly compared to a few years ago. The building had no functioning A/C despite it being the middle of summer, making the wait very uncomfortable. During one visit, the car wash wasn’t operating properly so the soap on a customer’s car wasn’t washed off. I also visited twice within a few weeks, and both times the machine missed washing the entire back of my car. It’s disappointing to see the level of service and maintenance go downhill.

OUTSTANDING! I’ve been coming here for a while but had to visit some competitors while they were closed for remodeling. No comparison!!! Better prices, better service, better facility than any other place nearby. Get the reloadable gift card!

2/10 Stars. I went here on Monday 5/5, Admittedly it was a pretty rainy day but I was ONLY coming for an interior Detail and I had told them I don’t care about the exterior I only care about the interior and I just need it fully detailed because someone had thrown up in my car Saturday night 5/3 and I had work on Sunday 5/4 on nightshift so I wasn’t able to get it done Sunday. They asked for my phone number because they were probably going to close due to the rain once they were done with me. Totally understandable and acceptable to close due to rain. But I paid 225$ for an interior detail and they had my car for about an hour. I come and pick it up and the Vomit is clean and the car smells amazing, seats are clean and so is the floor carpet. BUT the inside is incredibly foggy still and the seats are still wet. Only two people were there when I came to pick it up, one was already in their car ready to drive away and the other one was giving me my key before he was leaving as well. Today Tuesday 5/6 I get in my car after not being in it at all after picking it up on Monday and the seats and center console are still wet, touching my steering wheel, Gear Shifter and turn signal is v
