paid 39.99 and expecting they could clean my rims as it is stained. even told the guy before paying I want my rims cleaned and he said they’ll take care of it. it turned out they have done nothing. my rims are still stained and the inside is still the same and the other guy said thats the most they could do with the amount I paid. like whaattttt?? very disappointed with this place. definitely not coming back. I have a mister carwAsh subscription which I’d rather keep than pay extra and get nothing. they just run your vehicle in the auto wash and dry it. that’s it. nothing extra. Don’t come to this place. NEVER ever. it is not worth your money. Now I know why a lot of people are complaining. Their review rating did not even reach 4 to be “Good” atleast. they suck!!!!

Paid $39.99 for their “graphene” wash plus extra to have mats washed and requested “new car” fragrance. They washed one mat even though I requested all of the mats to be washed. They did not put the fragrance in, left two empty cans in the center console that I asked they throw out. They did not throw them. They did not wipe the console either. The windshield is streaked on the inside and a few bug spots still on the outside. I usually don’t complain but they are not service oriented. Total time they spent on my vehicle was nine minutes including it going through the automated wash. Very disappointed.

Paid for a car wash. My car still looks like shit had to go and tell the guy to clean my window since it still had bird crap on. It still has bird crap all over my car. They didn't even throw away the wrappers in my cup holder. They sit there and put my trash in the middle of my console instead of throwing it away. Had to ask the guy to come and wipe down my window since you can obviously see that the bird crap was still on there and he's sitting there taking him and putting Windex on the front of my hood to wipe off the bird crap that he saw on there. No worst experience ever ever

Spectacular car wash. I’ve been coming about a month now and let me tell you the service gets better. Every time I come here. Customer Service is great employees are very friendly and nice and nice. Waiting long to sit inside to see your car getting cleaned from the waiting lobby area. Anybody coming to get their car wash your a nice cold AC café area that’s out of the way. the lobby couldn’t get any more better than that.

For the 39.99 car wash I thought my car would be clean. The inside looks okay but still dusty and dirty however the outside is still dirty and so are my mirrors a waste of time and money in my opinion. I wont be going back
